Can’t believe you created 8 cards AND a gift box from one 12x12 piece of DSP. You (or your hubby 😉😉) are a mathematical genius!! Thanks for sharing this truly fantastic idea. This is why you are a million dollar Stampin’ Up demonstrator. I always look forward to your Tuesday Tips. Have a great day, Connie.
Connie - These are absolutely gorgeous! I do not know anyone that would not appreciate getting a gift like these. This card set would be perfect for so many people. Thank you for sharing this card gifts video & I am looking forward to seeing this series of videos. I enjoy watching you create all your gifts & cards on video. You are so talented and a treasure to all. 👏👏👏💞
@@simplysimplestamping - You are welcome - So well deserved you are an awesome creative paper crafter & I appreciate your work in doing these projects...💞
Hi clever lady! I adore these cards because they are so simple and yet so beautiful. They remind me of the styles we used to make back in the 1990s. Sure they are great for giving to friends and relatives but we have talked about other places you can gift sets of cards. Here are some examples. 1. A nursing home 2. Patients in hospitals 3. Places where families stay while they have a child in the hospital such as a Ronald McDonald house 4. Organizations that have silent auctions. An example would be your local pet rescue. Sure it is nice to use one stamp set, but I really think that these sets work great for the stamp sets that we have that are ones we only use once a year. And example would be happy Father’s Day or happy Mother’s Day. Blessings to you! XO
What can I say Connie???? ANOTHER FABULOUS design and it looks so easy I think that I can probably do this gift box and cards! A very nice gift for any occasion as well! TYSMFS!!!
Thank you for sharing this easy notecard set. My BFF's birthday is in October. She always hands out Birthday and Christmas cards. Every year for her birthday, I give her a set of handmade Christmas cards and Birthday/All Occadion cards. She loves them.
Connie,if you made another box say 1/2” or 1” larger would it make a lid for the box? The lid would be nice if it was see thru, topped off with that beautiful bow.💐🌸x
I got to thinking about this question and so I gave it a try. I used the same measurements as the box and just scored it one score mark less than the box and it worked perfectly. I used the window sheets.
💜Perfect timing!!! Making my girlfriends cards again!!! They raved about it all year last year!! You are incredible!!! Thank you for sharing Connie!! My favorite channel!!💜
Thank you for such a simple way to package a set of cards! Q: How do you determine the dimensions to make lids for boxes? Curious about a lid. I was thinking it would be nice to have one made of window sheet instead of dsp so they are easier to see card designs.
I would look back to Connie’s older videos. She used to have a lot of videos about boxes. And I know in at least one or maybe a couple of them she gives directions on how to make a lid to match your box.

Hello, Connie! I’m desperate for a good paper cutter. I’ve had the Tim Holtz 12” cutter, the small Fikars with the guide wire and most recently, the large rotary blade Fisksrs. They each have presented their own problems. Your cutter is doing the dsp very well. How does it do with heavy weight card stock ? If it cuts clean, I really need one. Thank you.
So very lovely! I love giving this type of gift. You will have to give us a tour of your new stamp room. 😉 Also...have you done a video or tutorial on the Stampin Seal? That blasted product...trying so hard to like it but mine keeps messing up.🥴
I was thinking of doing this for Christmas presents, but was wondering how to present them. I wanted to do a variety box of cards, with different designs. Time will tell I think. Thanks for sharing. Enjoyed this. Simple, quick and with an impact.
This is perfect! I actually made my sisters, daughters, and nieces ten cards each, but the box looks large enough to hold that many. It’s worth a piece of paper to try! Thank you so much for sharing!

Can use the remaining DSP for mini cards
I love this gift box. Couldn't be easier. BUT, how would I make the box larger for 5 x 7 cards? Thank you for your tutorials.
Jamie, you would have to play around with scrap paper. It took me some time to figure the one I did.

Is there a way that you can make the box for A2 size cards?
What if you needed to mail these? Will you address that issue?
Do you have measurements for an A4 card set?
This is perfect! I actually made my sisters, daughters, and nieces ten cards each, but the box looks large enough to hold that many. It’s worth a piece of paper to try! Thank you so much for sharing!
