Jarmond is way in over his head to make this kind of hire. Hope the rumors that he thinks Tyus Edney is an ideal basketball coach aren't true should Cronin ever leave.
ASU is an example of a lousy program quickly gaining traction through portal. All will be well if some gaps are filled through the portal and the fundamentals (blocking & tackling) are the focus.
Stop it! All y’all trash talking Coach D should stfu! I’m a Trojan thru n thru but back in the late 90’s when Coach was one of the best rb’s in cfb! Blowin up as a frosh! I feel terrible for this man! Although he reps dat BABY BLUE as football school, he’s still an homegrown LA fb legend. I wish him better days in days to come except when MEN OF TROY comes rumblin thru! FTFO FOREVER ✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼
I don’t think they hired him because he was black they went with the former player/coach of the team and went that angle. OSU did it with Finkell making him interim coach and quickly realized he was over his head. Cowherd has mentioned on his show that UCLA spent the lowest amount on NIL of everyone in the PAC last year. What does that tell you.
@@josephgallo3241 where was his “I” at? I’m a senior manager who studies leadership. Good managers vs bad managers: when things go good, the good manager looks out the window to the factory floor and says “they are doing great”, whereas the bad manager looks in the mirror and says “I’m doing great”. Conversely, when things are going bad the good manager looks in the mirror and says “what do I need to improve?”; whereas the bad manager looks out the window to the factory floor and says “they need to improve.” What I heard in that post game news conference was a lot of “they” and not a lot of “I”. That’s the way I heard it.
@@TryingToDoBetter01 Listen again! I heard “ we”. “We need to execute better” and heard “ I “ “ I did not anticipate the way the second half turned out” You bias against the coach is showing up in your analysis!
@@josephgallo3241 wrong. “I did not expect” is not owning up to some lack of preparation or proper analysis. He said “we” as in the team. That was not a good post game news conference and a lot of people are saying that. It was bad, as was the two weeks of “preparation” for the game. Unless there is a miracle, 1-11 is looking like a very real possibility.
@@TryingToDoBetter01 So now you think you know what his intent was when he said “ we”. In way over his head. No adjustments in second half.
Karl Dorrell part II.

bRuins will be lucky to end up 3-9 this season.
1-11. Lucky for 2-10
@@eswag153 They might have a shot at Rutgers and Fresno St. but that's going to require some luck.

Fire Foster now!!!!
If UCLA was going to hire a coach simply cuz he was Black, why not go get Brian Shaw? He's actually done more with less and Won Rose Bowls. 🙄
You mean David Shaw? That would’ve been terrible too

Love Foster, but he’s not a HC. I feel like he’s lost, and a bit over his head with this position…
He should have taken the Raiders RB coaching job.
The athletic director should be fired. USC gets a proving winner in Riley. This guy is over his ski. How about hiring Indiana coach.
He’s blaming the players. No bueno, bro. It’s on the coach to figure out what he and the other coaches need to do better.
He is not blaming the players. He is stating facts that both the coaching staff and the players did not execute as he would have liked.
