The title for this video is so funny, like Homer spends the entire video assaulting his family and the people of Springfield, and the title makes it sound like this is his method to attaining a new level of consciousness.
I actually think these types are the oens ruining the genre. Making a weird, needlessly dark and gross story out of badly-spliced words instead of telling jokes.
Even the first two minutes are stupid, but hilarious. Homer runs over Marge and then she resurrects and finds out he went to bed with Barney, she kicks him out, he breaks in, beats her up and strangles Bart? Good god.
Eh, it's more like "They try too hard to be like the classic episodes" and "Better adult cartoons have surpassed them and they don't know how to gracefully step aside."
@@canaisyoung3601 It's less trying too hard and more forgetting what made the classic episodes great. The feel of traditional animation, the simple, character-driven plots, the multi-layered and perfectly timed jokes. In its current state, it's on life support and it's better that it end. Matt Groening has already started other projects like Disenchanted, so it's not like he'll go hungry.
Yes i think I did go pretty far with this one. In the future when I make the next one, I think I'll focus on maintaining a balance. As well as making it shorter.

@@s.m.g.2166 I tried to implement it in a nonsensical way. But it would seem the serious side of it got across most of all. Unfortunately I did not succeed in creating a balance for this one as I did for the other two. I will definitely keep all this in mind when making future videos.
The darkest and funniest part of this entire video is 1:39, where Homer snuggled with Marge against her willpower. Another funny part of the video is when Lisa asks if Marge doesn’t want to discuss something and Marge says “sure as (censored)” and does a cursed and kind of cosmic laugh. Time stamp: 2:16

The one I'm making now is almost finished actually. I would have had it finished a lot sooner, but things in life came up and I've had to focus on that. I won't give an ETA, but I hope to have it finished as soon as I can. Homer will have his work cut out for him in the next one.
great poop as always, this one has a more serious a heavy use of rape but i enjoyed in the end when flanders delivers justice to homer's buttocks, much like a shakespearean play. Would have enjoyed a use of the classic "I WanT yOur BOTtOm" line.
