I appreciate that man, thank you! Yes but unless the beat is free to use I wouldn't do that cause that's basically stealing. If you don't want to create from scratch most producers offer reasonable licenses for their beats on their sites so I would go that route instead. Hope that helps!
Thank you 🙏🏾 so much bro, and of course that would be steeling for real. I’m looking for the ones that say free in the title and with presonus studio one 4 that your exampling in your video sound really good bro, I got presonus Studio one 2.6 and right now I’m planning to get the presonus Studio one 4 right now but I don’t know how to use the software at all, I’m still learning like a beginner. I want to know how to put a instrumental beat to the track and record over it and probably do some mix and editing simple stuff but everyone on UA-cam explaining things differently none cutting to the chase and give you the simple stuff with beats.
Ah, I got you. Yea, just be careful though cause sometimes even though they say FREE they really aren't lol. I'll look into putting together some training material on Studio One for beginners soon bro cause I've had a few other people say they have the same issue as well.
I don't why not. If anything it might just ask you to convert the older Studio One version file into a Studio One 4 version and then allow you to import but you should have no problem.
Hey there. No unfortunately Studio One 4 does not operate in 32 bit. Check out this link from the official PreSonus site though, there they give a few work arounds for using 32 bit plugins in Studio One 4 -> bit.ly/2yuLR67
I like the pattern editor but it’s not as good as Geist 2.. but having a all in one solutions is dope for any DAW. Haven’t tried the chord feature yet tho
I feel you. This was their first try at a native sequencer so I can only assume it’s gonna get better. But yea I absolutely agree, having all of these options is clutch.
Shame the new drum sequencer can't have a different pattern length PER DRUM for poly-rhythms... they're behind the curve nearly a decade there... The only 'money' feature here is the detection of chords in audio clips. but's that's HUGE on it's own.
its a full on overhaul , as it works with the faderport 8 and the atom drum machine, they had to rewrite a new line so they can all play together and still function with even the original faderport which I have. as you see I have more than enough tool to create and release a song or albums professionally.
Can anyone please tell me if I need an ilok for studio one 4 like I do with pro tools? Also, is it better to buy the physical key that you keep inserted into your computer or is it better to simply use the ilok website? Thanks!
Hey there. You don’t need an iLok for Studio One. I have one but it’s mostly for third party plugins and VSTs. The one I have is the physical key and I prefer that over the cloud at least for now cause at the moment the iLok cloud doesn’t support all third party plug ins.

Vahn Solo
Thanks 🙏🏾 respect ✊
Anytime!
Wow nice!! Can u do that Song Import from older Versions of studio one to? maybe from Studio One 2 or 3...?
I don't why not. If anything it might just ask you to convert the older Studio One version file into a Studio One 4 version and then allow you to import but you should have no problem.
Did you check your replay speed after starting the video?
I'm not sure what you mean...
I really didn´t liked that flat 2d look ... it´s great that they kinda turned back to more 3d.
Is this daw good for rap artists and singers far as mixing mastering vocals just starting to build my own at home studio
Absolutely, I do everything from recording to mixing in this DAW. Can't recommend it enough!
does it comes in only x64? Cuz all downloads I did comes only in X64, can someone help me with the link to x86 (32bit)
Isnt any one answering me? Almost all my VSTs are in 32 bit mode and I cant use them in the 64 bit version. can someone enlighten me
Hey there. No unfortunately Studio One 4 does not operate in 32 bit. Check out this link from the official PreSonus site though, there they give a few work arounds for using 32 bit plugins in Studio One 4 -> bit.ly/2yuLR67
Where do you get the sounds from to put in impact?
Thanks Vahn
Anytime!
Dude, you deserve lots of subs! +1 here #TeamStudioOne
I appreciate that a lot man. Thanks for watching and welcome!
@@ImIvanCalderon You're welcome bro, thank you too! Blessings
Can’t you use the tuner plugin to find the key of your sample?
Tuner only tells you what notes are being played, you still gotta figure out what key they are in.
Shame the new drum sequencer can't have a different pattern length PER DRUM for poly-rhythms... they're behind the curve nearly a decade there...
The only 'money' feature here is the detection of chords in audio clips. but's that's HUGE on it's own.
Use Melodyne to find the chord of samples it comes with Studio One
That’s right! Melodyne is another super useful tool.
awsome video thanks subscribed ^^
Thanks bro and welcome! 🙌🏽
Idk why whenever I use impact xt my CPU meter gets red🙁
Ivan, are those KRK headphones?
They are! They are the KRK KNS 8400s
Nice one.
Do u mix and master????if so wuts your prices
I do! Send me an email and I'd love to talk about it.
Can I have access to presets exchange with Studio One 4 Artist? I really need Mdrummer pitchnames.
Yo bro on the drum patterns editor, how do i convert to seprate audio after
which camera you use bro ?
Panasonic LUMIX G-85!
Dope new features, but to half to pay for this upgrade is disappointing. This should be a free update from S13 pro.
its a full on overhaul , as it works with the faderport 8 and the atom drum machine, they had to rewrite a new line so they can all play together and still function with even the original faderport which I have. as you see I have more than enough tool to create and release a song or albums professionally.
The one I have is the physical key and I prefer that over the cloud at least for now cause at the moment the iLok cloud doesn’t support all third party plug ins.
very nice
Thanks!
Nice vid bro.
Thanks, man! 🙌🏾
Whats the laptop stand? @vaughsolo
Also, I think ability to write notes per track is new too.
great vid bro
Thank you! 🙏🏽
I would use impact if there was a controller that looked like it and mapped directly.
Check this out: www.presonus.com/products/atom
Can you connect your MAschine to impact xl ?
I've read a few articles that say you can but I myself have not done it yet.
