Go play normal, try few heroic bosses each week and progress and feel the rewards. It is sooo boring to one shot everything week 2, it turns into a grind.
get a better UI not method raid tools no1 wants to "waste" time fucking with addons, even the boomer said he doesnt want to waste time ironically. I don't think i could mention ANY of these things if i had to speak of what quantifies as a good wow player. Ive made nearly ONE THOUSAND weakaura's for specs, classes and m+ and raid content Ive eliminated a massive necessity for bigwigs each new season in retail because I just make them myself, no waiting for a fucking update, I often have to turn his shit off because it overlaps with what Ive made already for every dungeon. Adaptability. I recolour my name plates every season, I make or adjust UI weakaura's or the UI in general, EVERY season. Adaptability. If I looked at this boomer's default UI I can bet the first Ill say is "how can you see anything" being a healer for so fucking long now in classic and retail, SoM, SoD, private servers rank 1s overall rank 2s overall 100 parses top 10s top 20s overall. Adaptability. I made one weakaura use DBM sound files as a trigger for a boss encounter ID and suddenly every1 in my raid who installed the weakaura didnt die, AFTER I explained the components i strung together to make it function and HOW(without requiring a nameplate OR have it displayed). we had A LOT of success following this pattern. Make a weakaura = no1 dies GG get good. spend time on ur UI and dont fuck around listening to stupid shit like method raid tools more like method to waste ur time tools. (insert kekw) go find what quantifies as a good UI, i literally looked at MDI competitors UI's and threw things I liked into ThreatPlates, ez gg. ez season gg. 10k IO ez gg.
I hate the way this guy plays. Taking shit this seriously is what kills the playerbase. Minmaxing the fun out of the game...

It's not exactly about the minmaxing. It's about helping players understand a passable standard. When they made cata they up'd the difficulty on the content hoping players would be up to the challenge. They weren't. Most wow players are casual so pre nerfed heroics and raids would slap them. This is why they nerfed them and released LFR. So everyone could see the content in cata. The problem is these players often join raids and H raids while trying to play under the radar. People who want the loot with the least amount of effort. In cata you can probably do normals but there is no way you are clearing heroics like that. This isn't classic to wrath anymore players NEED to step up their game. If they don't the game will purge them out anyway. Just look at what ulduar did to wrath.
