dear jei i have a big complain about acb recently i shipped a parcel and got about 135 bucks surplus cuz aparently acb is not able to calculate stuff right and now acb says i have to pay 10 bucks bank fee but why ???? wghy do i have to pay for ACBs fault this is crazy acb should pay the fee not me PLEASE FIX THIS SHIPPING ESTIMATION BULLSHIT !!

Ship them individually, not with hauls. Declare realistic amounts for that type of item (50 for headphones for example sounds normal)
