This will change when they realize violent crime and taxes are through the roof. Sanctuary Cities city status is all fun and games on paper but business is business.
A mini Hollywood in Texas? This DFW city is building a 72-acre studio development 13.3.23 0523am not some whimsical notion as put forth by a religious fanatic and mobster, is it?
Look at what happened to the Studios in Las Colinas. Where are they now? It's not as booming as people thought it would be. That's only a few miles away, why would it be any different?
Remember the phrase, "Don't California my Texas"? The filming industry has been making movies here since the beginning of movies, but this intentional $70 million studio is uhm.. hrm... Cali! 😬👎😁
As a Texan, we need to gather from high, up across and around our Great State of Texas, and rebuke this none-sense out of here in Jesus name!!! Without ceasing!!!
boo! Please no! That's all we need is freakin LA California here in this part of town. BOOO I say! And I'm a videographer/editor that could benefit from this. Horrible decision Mansfield. Way to ensure your town, and the towns around it will suffer sooner than later. You're upbeat about it. You're going to ruin the area juat as L.A. CA. was ruined.

Also a lot homeless
@@jkracer073 really?
Looking at the comments. People out here in Texas will keep this place in the 60s as long as they can 😂😂😂 no imagination
I would buy more land up around it. These studios will need room for expansion at some point!
Interesting...

Kind of weird, imo. All that land could be used as farmland & crops, or for DV or homeless shelters. $70 million doing nothing for his fellow man.

Not a fan of removing farmland. There are plenty of dead spots in DFW they could tear down and rebuild without reducing our farmlands.

Texas doesn’t need this BS.
Mansfield isn’t in DFW.
Someone need to look up the word metro. When they are finish with that, they need to look up what DFW mean.
What an absolutely horrible idea.
Texas has TONS of land why are you guys complaining😂😂😂😂 don’t wanna live there? Just don’t move there
Hollyweird, Texas style...what a joke!!
this is a horrible idea at its best
