Do you know why the knobs keep coming loose? I tighten the screws on them super tight and the knobs keep coming loose and I get stuck inside my apartment. Thank you
Why are the knobs super tight, and when I turn them, the lock goes inside the mortise and stays in there? Also when I click the slam lock, both the outside AND inside knobs lock and won’t turn
