Sir, whenever the interest rates are cut, then wouldn't the bond yield go down and therefore, bigger investors who invest in bonds would move their money from equity to bonds before the yields go down so that they keep getting good yield as they are getting cheaper bonds. So initially, first the market should fall and then eventually the market will start rising due to more liquidity when bond come down considerably. What I understand is that bond market is much bigger than the equity market.

Sir, whenever the interest rates are cut, then wouldn't the bond yield go down and therefore, bigger investors who invest in bonds would move their money from equity to bonds before the yields go down so that they keep getting good yield as they are getting cheaper bonds. So initially, first the market should fall and then eventually the market will start rising due to more liquidity when bond come down considerably. What I understand is that bond market is much bigger than the equity market.
