At least Jimmy still has creators wanting to go back to his wild Silver Age roots. Poor Rick Jones from Marvel keeps the shoet end of the stick: Turned into an Abomination, executed by Hydra Cap, and turned into a soulless zombie in Immortal Hulk. It's just one bad thing after another. Thankfully Jimmy is still loved at DC.
I really enjoy reading books prior to the New 52, like around 2010. It's like, you can see some writers really putting efforts on the titles, even though it's going to get undone very soon
With that casting for Jimmy, I would be absolutely shocked if he didn’t get a show, or at least a fair chunk of screen time in the upcoming movie! Thinking about it makes me very excited though, regardless.
This video is just like Jimphony Olsen--witty, well-dressed, and effortlessly creative! You've made this month a very merry #Jimuary by making this video :)
Awesome review this series honors Jimmy's sliver age stories but have a modern feel to it which was a rarity at that time where dark superhero stories became the norm

Tbf a lot of my favourite Jimmy Olsen stories came in the mid-late 2000s. I think the Kurt Busiek run uses him very well
It's my Favourite time of the year again. And we could all do with a friend like Jimmy.

I've actually never read this series since I stopped reading Superman titles around the time of New Krypton. I'll need to check it out.
Great video! This was really interesting, I had no idea about this.
They finally gotta make a Jimmy Olsen show, maybe even set it in the DCU

@@forroboros Well he's got enough comics for a 3-season show at least.
