"Bad Influences"
Brendon and Jason are putting on weight at an alarming rate. So in order to break the "fat enabling" cycle they decide never to see each other again. Coach McGuirk tries out his own theory called the "fat father syndrome."

is it just me, or is the way that Coach McGuirk says "Alright" in ever episode just the best? I can't not laugh when he says it.
As an addict I can see this being a metaphor. Glad it worked out for them.
Bingo. When I got hooked on ice my best friend of 10 years (including all of my teen years) and I started doing it together, and at first it was just on occassion to have fun but it quickly spun out of control. It made us both hella toxic for each other and our friendship didn't last but one more year after that. I miss her all the time and wonder what she could be doing now. It's good Brendan and Jason had more discipline than we did, hah
