That thing is called a stabalizer, it helps the spacebar to basically be pressed in all sides without getting bent sideways and activitatint the actuation point. Removing it basically makes it so pressing in the left and right edge hard. This is a terrible solution. If you want a better problem solver, just lube it. Dielectric grease would work.
Still bad, fake and bad, makes it worse, to actually do it first remove all keycaps, get a nerf dart and some petroleum and a brush, im pretty sure it free since i have all these already, next take all keys off the board, now brush the buttons and the insides with petroleum. Pls dont put allot, could cause sticking. Next. Put some foam in the space bar, look under the space bar key cap, you should see the hollow gap fill it up with foam from the nerf dart, now do it to some of the other keys you think sound bad, it sound better and i recommend it.
Give my homie an actual mechanical keyboard
Don't worry I have one check it out ☺️
@@JMoczynski-mr8ub Blue switches.. Yikes

@@MyntTwasTaken respect for you typing that.
yes i agree but a cheaper solution to make it sound deeper is 2-3 tape layers
DAMM your good in phantom forces 😁
That spacebar finna be as wobbly as a seesaw
@@StarryKGM .. ingot a new mechanical keyboard and I still get these comments on my old vids congrats your the last comment
sounds better but its hella wobbly
that actually harms it, that stabiliser kept it from wobbling and not hitting the actuation point!
Put band aid on the metal thingy where it touches and then lube it and add a bit of tape under the spacebar it will thock
press it on the sides of the space bar after thought then tell me what happens
Bro it's kind of annoying I started with this keyboard now I got a mechanical keyboard (Chek it out) and I still need to deal with poeple like you
