Honestly, the game was PURE ART. A reminder of what games used to be like. The graphic designer and music/sound producers are top-class professionals who have amazing tastes for video game content.
This is the only game where the king isnt a lazy ass drunk that sits on his throne 24/7

The Necromancer will always be the best fight in the game to me, the music is great, and I love how he just hovers over judging as you fight the undead until eventually dropping down to fight you himself.
And his sword is the best
and his magic is unique and great
And he's also unbelievably hard

23:39 The Frost King is honestly my favorite boss. This boss DEFINITELY has the most sense of humor in the game. He's just so and charismatic and cool! And I love how he uses his ice powers, it makes it feel like he's having such a blast while you fight him! He's also really powerful, which I love. His theme and taunting give him a sense a superiority, and I think that's perfect for his character. He is a king after all. Definitely a fun boss to fight.

One thing I’ll always compliment The Behemoth for are their interesting, creative, and intense bosses. Both Castle Crashers and Alien Hominid had awesome boss battles that’ll leave you on the edge of your seat.
I wish more people still played this game.

I am Unicron 2018-20 so far have been the year we realized how great older games are. Like Minecraft that gained traction in late 2018, castle crashers is starting to gain traction again. Who knows next we could be playing meat boy a lot!

18:15 To get Computer Helpers to help you fight, just stand where the other fighters are and when they get hit, they help you. Idk if this is a bug but it really helped me against the corn. :)

Well the kernels he drops are health items so it makes up for how difficult his fight is.
hiolol101 Not with the difficulty, it just looks like an incredibly annoying fight; not one that makes you want to punch something out of anger, but more like punch something out of annoyance.
It kinda is.
Several of the later game fights tend to be more irritating. The corn, the frost king, and the evil wizard all have very small windows where they can actually be hit, and it tends to drag out their fights longer than necessary.
SwordfighterRed I still have the game but don't play it, and I can agree with you that late bosses can hold out their battles for longer than necessary. In insane mode there's a boss that is covered in black fur, I can't remember it's name but it spawns little versions of itself and is extremely annoying to beat in insane mode. It's not even that far in aswell
Tip when fighting Necromancer. Time your guard to knock him back. Tip when fighting the mini crystals, force them to land in the same spot or right beside each other to wipe them out easily.
The mini crystals tip works well when it's a four player game

You can see at the end of the game that the giant troll is actually just extremely long. This game surprises you in odd ways and i love that

the necromancer theme was legendary and the boss was so hard so I got to listen to it for longer
I wish they added a DLC called return of the necromancer with the exact same theme
also I loved this theme so much he was the only wizard castle boss I did besides the wizard
