Also, a look at what Zee News wants us to learn from Spain. New debates continue to highlight the pain points in history to divide communities today.

0:50 , 1:38 , 4:00, 5:07 , and goes on and on... If you criticise anything why do it yourself? You are also making some news reports that are more for frivilious discussions like should the statue of the national emblem have sharp teeth or not. Its no different from the time pass discussions people make on how should some symbol be now. Please be atleast consistent and not hypocritical.

I thought the question mark was needed to prevent the channel being hit by a lawsuit. I don't remember but there was an Indian court ruling that said if the title of news report has a question mark then it is not propagating fake news but merely asking a question. Hence, the question mark is misused to shield against legal action.
These loopholes will work only in India .why a news channel even asking questions to viewer .indian court will never ask that 🤣
goes to show, how legal loopholes are easily jumped and wanton ignorance of people's inaction despite seeing all this as what it is..smh
Media has been given freedom to create a debate in society. So that's ok. I don't think many people watch such news channels. These are filler news items because they can't show actual news

I strongly wish that newslaundry, especially newsance reach to large masses. In my opinion it must reach those section of mass who watch these so called "TV News channels" which are an absolute crap in reality. I would like to provide a suggestion here, if possible please bring newsance in Hindi as well. This will help you to reach to a larger section of mass who watch these crap (so called TV news).

इस देश में मस्जीदों का निर्मान कैसे हुआ, ? ये जान्ना इस देश के नाग्रीकों के लिए खासकर अंध भक्तो के लिए अत्यंत आवश्यक है,, एसा है की जब भी कोई नालायक भाजपायी ये कहता है की मन्दिरों को तोर्ड्कर मस्जिदें बनाई गई तो तुरंत अंधभक्तो के गोबर दिमाग में ये climex बन जाता है की कैसे तोर्डा होगा? जैसे मानो, मुघ्ल अपने घोर्डे लेकर जबर्दस्ती मन्दिरों में घुस जाते हैं और मन्दिर के पुजारी पण्डितो के सर काट देते हैं महिलाओ का बलात्कार करते हैं,,ऐसे विचार आते ही तुरंत एक अंधभक्त अपने पर्डॉसे मैं रहने वाले सलीम को भी नफरत की नज़र से देखने लगता है । पर सच आधा अधूरा है,जो शायद ये हरामखोर संघी कभी बताएँगे नही ,एक समय ऐसा था जब भारत में बहुत सी मन्दिरे हुआ करती थी। और लोगो की जनसंख्या भी ज्यादा नहीं थी इसलिये लोग के लिए सारी मन्दिरो की देख भाल करना शायद उतना सम्भव नही था । उस समय लोगो को घर, जगह,जमीन, मन्दिर इसका महत्व पता ही नही था। और ठीक से देखभाल ना होने के कारण कई मन्दिर,घर,,हवेली,, बहुत पुरानी होजाती थी बहुत से मन्दिरो मैं लोगो का आना जाना भी बहुत कम होगया था। बहुत सी मन्दिरे तो ऐसीए थी जहा कोई आता जाता भी नही था । देखते देखते कई मन्दिरे खंडरो का रुप ले चुकी थी ।ऐसे खंडर मन्दिरो के पास से तो अक्सर लोग आने जाने से भी डरते थे ।लोगो मैं विब्भिन धारणायें बन चुकी थी जैसे मन्दिरो का श्रापित होना,,मन्दिर मैं देवी का प्रकोप होना,,भुत पिशाच का होना,,पर विदेशी मुसलमान चाहे लोदी हो,,या खिलजी हो,,या मुघल हो,,जो भी हो वो इन सब बातो पर विश्वास नही करते थे वो जब कभी ऐसे रास्तो से गुजरते तो अक्सर ऐसी ही जगो पर अपने घोर्डे बान्कर वहा विश्राम किया करते थे । और उन मैं कोई नमाज़ि होता तो वो वहीं थोर्डा साफ सफाई करके नमाज पर्ड लिया करता था। अब जब मुसलमानो ने देखा की ये जगह उन्के बहुत काम आरही है और कोई इस जगह पर अपना दावा भी नही कर रहा किसी हिन्दू को कुच पडी ही नही है तो उन्होँने अपनी सुविधा उनुसार उस मन्दिर के खंडर को मस्जीद मैं परिवर्तित कर लिया।आज जब उनकी मस्जीदे आबाद होगई,,मस्जीद में और आस पास में आना जाना शिरू होगया।आस पास मैं घर और बाज़ार बन गए विदेसी परेटकों के आकर्षण का केंद्र बन गई मस्जीदे तो इन संघीयो के पेट में दर्द होने लगा नजाने कोन कोन से भगवान मस्जीदो मैं पैदा होने लगे।सच यही है कि कोई भी मस्जीद मन्दिर को जबर्दस्ती तोर्ड्कर नही बनाई गई ये सब बकवास है और नाही किसी हिन्दू की जबरदस्ती हत्या की गई और ना ही उनका धर्म परिवर्तन किया गया। ये केवल और केवल देश के बहुसम्पयक समुदाय के लोगो को मूर्ख बनाकर उनका वोट बटोरने की योजना है।
I feel pity on consumers of those news channels who gets injected hates and garbage everyday against their own countrymen. I don't know when this is going to be stop and when we are going to watch news based real facts and findings without a prejudice. It seems i may not see that in my lifetime.
What I'm doing to stop these hatred and misinformation, I subscribed News Laundry.
You people are doing a great Job by exposing and showing facts and happy that at least some people are trying their best and doing their true duty.

I am pretty sure that NEWSANCE is amongst the world's best satire shows on TV news. It critically analyses TV news in India which is extremely important specially when the media has been hijacked completely to favour a certain political view.

Something for the NL team and others to consider (though I am probably stating the obvious in a way):
It's interesting to see the difference in the usage of question marks for the alien shows and Hindu-Muslim debates. Unlike in HM debates, none of the main titles of the alien shows had question marks ( see 9:49, 9:53, 9:57, 9:59 )
Probably because they know that false and senseless claims against aliens offend no one, so no potential of any action, unless there is a super-active citizen. Whereas in the case of HM debates, they know this stuff is downright criminal and extremely incendiary, and want to disclaim any reponsibility by way of a Q mark.

This is my take: When I saw that witch craft thing, it sounded more like: "Oh now you're being ridiculous even without a question mark!"
I think a line or two of explicit analysis about where news channels think:
a. that question marks are COMPULSORY and, where they think that
b. question marks could "help them cover bases, but this news item is not incendiary, enough so even if we don't add a question it might be fine"
was required.
Maybe NL didn't see it this difference at all, maybe they saw the distinction and thought it was quite apparent from their analysis, maybe they thought this distinction was not worth making, or maybe NL just wants its audience to lagaao its own dimaag.
