Back home in Wales, this was the song to which my Grandmother would send me to sleep. She sang it in English and Welsh. I just love to hear it in Maori...so soft and gentle. This is such a beautiful rendition by Marlon Williams.

I've only just discovered Marlon through a member of a choir that I'm a member of. To sing this song so beautifully with the wind whistling around him and a brass band belting out is a feat in itself. I'm a fan, and hang out to hear more from him, although the Auckland Concert is hard to beat.

I think we all are a bit. I was far more broken by it than my house was, especially after 6 years of CERA bullying. I refused to speak with them in the end. Hope you'll be OK. Hugs from a fellow Christchurchian.
