- Version 1 of the Survivor Panama intro with the original 4 tribes (Episode 1). Intro of the American version of Survivor known as Survivor: Panama - Exile Island. The first episode intro featured four tribes divided by age and gender. In the second episode, tribes were merged into two tribes and featured a shorten abbreviated intro with no tribes. Intros for the third episode and episodes afterwards featured the two tribes.

Saddens me how nobody in the comments on these intro videos ever talks about the actual intros. I really love the darker aesthetics the team went with this time. The various skull imagery, reoccurring shrunken heads, and even the fire used over cast photos really set the tone. All of these as well as the subtleties in the music give off a feeling of danger and foreboding. Not one of the best intros, but definitely one of the more unique iterations. I love it.

This is the first season of Survivor I ever watched, I love it!
Terry’s shot makes me feel like it was in a movie
Im happy this was made in my country!!! This season was awesome. And it was the first season I watched entirely since it was the second season fully aired in Panama after Vanuatu. Happy Aras won but I wanted Cirie to at least be in the final 2.
Fun Fact: the Final 4 of this season are from the starting tribes in episode 1!
I remember how much I disliked Cirie for trying to get someone like Tina out first, but then I realized that was a great strategic move for her.

I kind of wish that they were divided into 4 tribes for more than one episode.
