I couldn't sleep last night because of a stomache. I watched this, accepted the healing, and finally fell asleep afterward. I usually don't feel reiki energy that much, but my stomach area both felt warm and cold at the same time, like how a massage oil feels on skin except I felt it internally. ☺️ Thank you very much for this healing energy. 🙏

This video gave me the impulse to breath in deeply, and release each breath as a long, steady hum. I did this in varying octaves for half the video and the bloated malaise I was experiencing almost entirely lifted.

Lourdes, I don't know if this is a video you'd be interested in making..... but could I request a video for trapped gas in abdomen?? Lots of us with IBS or bloating have so much gas that builds up and becomes uncomfortable. Thanks for this video 😊😊🙏❤️❤️❤️
