The distant siren has to likely be from Dayton-Hennepin County or Elk River-Sherburne County. I would be shocked if the siren from the Power Plant reaches that far Monticello is in Wright County
@Brandycattle30 nope, all 8 port. The reason they sound 9 port is that the motor usually spins at a faster speed, making it sound 9 port. The horn has 8 pedals for the "flower", one for each port
