It's not that he lost his voice. Nowdays Axl is trying to sing higher register in falsetto for some reason. And that' s deffenetly not the best choice for him. I dont have an idea why he does that. I mean it sounds so much better when he splitts his high tones of the voice with good old Axl grit. But that's what he does on purpose. Because he sounded really good with ACDC. But he sang in his old manner with them. So he didn't lose his voice he is just tryiing to sing GNR songs in pitch higher registet for some reason. Although i myself, and i bet many others love his old manner of singing a lot better. And i'm 1000% sure he still can do this.
Why don't all you haters get together and make your own space where you can stroke each other blue. I've loved the band since they came out, I still love them, I love the music, the singing, Axl's voice, his monumental come-back, and all the people who feel the same way, and I'm sick of all you f*cking "autocrat" wanna-be's pissing in my pool!

People who think Axl can sing live definitely dont get out to enough shows or they would quickly learn threr are better vocalist in almost any venue in any town on any given night. Just saw Kamelot live this weekend then trying to lo Isten to this is just horrific. Just awful voice
