I agree. I've been a fan for 30 plus years and I'll be honest, there's something far more enjoyable about watching them now. Musically they're better than ever. Maybe Axl's voice has suffered but he's working on it. To be fair, who's wouldn't doing what he's done for 40 years.
I believe he had some stem cell therapy in Medllin, Colombia and the extended break he badly needed after he injured his voice last year. He ain't ever getting back to 2016 levels when he was touring with AC/DC but he can still pull out some classic Axl at key moments. I'd take that over him trying to struggle through songs from nearly 40 years ago.

Gaffers tape helps a lot. I carry a roll of yellow , red, and black "stage tape" for every mobile dj gig, etc. The super glue of adhesive without obnoxious residue on anything.
We didn’t notice as we were not very close to the stage . I do remember he said something after about slippery carpets there . A couple of assistants hoovered the floor before lol 😂 they missed the middle must be

Come on now how many people at his age to do that he bounce right back up I’m sure he hurt the next day, but let’s give him props. Axl has not had any "diva issues" for at least 10 years, maybe longer. Axl has turned his life around, for the better. He is happier & calmer than he has ever been.
No in high notes he use his clean voice to save abd protecte his vocal cords. It's very simple. He changes the way of singing some songs after 4 troat surgery. He demage his voice. So that's a reason why he change way of singing some songs. He do not use full rasp voice. And he do not sing over thr mask like he did whem he was 30 old .
