A Deep Dive Into the Ethics of "React" Content | Share Your Screen Episode 4

In Episode 4 of the Share Your Screen Podcast, we took a deep dive into the ethics of React content and how it pertains to "Fair Use" law on the internet. It's a tough problem to solve, and I don't think there is a 100% clear answer. However, I do strongly believe their needs to be stronger rules in place for those who take non-monetized content without the Creators consent, and use it in a way that then gets to be monetized for a larger Creator.
This was brought to my attention from a video made by Jacksfilms about his thoughts on Sniperwolf. I HIGHLY encourage you all to go and watch his video. It was a great analysis with a lot of well researched info. Many of the examples here I pulled from his video and wanted to do a deep dive on it from our perspective.

As Coco said Twitch has a really big problem with react content. Creators there are watching full episodes of TV shows, watching viral youtube videos and reposting content with little to no commentary in their own youtube channels. Another great episode 💕
