For those of you this didnt work on, try looking at the bottom of the right analog stick on xpadder- there should be a wrench setting thingy. click on this rather than the 'up' arrow for settings. select mouse settings. change speed and whatnot. thumbs up if this helped at all!
had the same problem. when you had xpadder up and u can see the image, there will be a little spanner underneath the dpad and analog buttons. click that and select mouse settings that way. it should work
an easier way to change the sensitivity would be to open xpadder, then click the wrench on the top right corner, then on the left side press "values", then set default mouse speed to whatever you want.
One question for the Xpadder(5.7), if i ONLY want to raise sensitivity of the 'stick' of the controller ,do i need to configure Dpad,buttons and triggers as well or just configure stick is enough ?

How do I make my controller respond faster on the Throwing knife cancel. I can't do it fast and if I try to it releases and I can't cancel. I need to hold it for a few seconds then cancel. I'll be at the ground by that time and I won't hit the Trickshot :(

FF5Ninja Hey did you set the anolog sticks to the mouse controls? After this click on each right left , down , up on xpadder etc and you will see a tiny wrench in the corner. Click that wrench then you should see the bar. Let me know if it worked. In fact the wrench should come up on the xpadder picture beside your assigned mouse controls if you set up left, right up down right in that case click this wrench and click on "mouse settings" this way you can chose sensitivity to all at once.

whats a good sensitivity number is 10+ for mw2?
@booneOwns depends on your prefrences, some people like fast and some people like it slow.
@KeVab1337 i put it on about 130-140 and have my mouse sensitivty ingame on defualt or a bit higher

Thanks for that info. Only got xpadder today and have been looking for the sensitivity settings for a bit.
Tried making a wii nunchuck into a gaming peripheral for pc, not a great idea.

You'll want to adjust the deadzone for your left stick mate.
