Dolphinity World Festival 2017

Third Dolphinity World Festival topic was "SENTIENT OCEAN".
If we went to another planet, would we be able to recognize a Mind in its inhabitants?
What if the Ocean is a living being?
Is it possible to be in contact with it?
What are the conditions for such contact?
Consciousness - what is it?
What are universally applicable criteria of intelligence?
What if they do not match the ones we are accustomed to?
How intelligent we ourselves are, when measured against them?
For a week the round building of the Dolphin Embassy will turn into a flying saucer that has landed on the shores of an unknown ocean. It will also function as a research station with a working hypothesis that the Earth is alive, and the Ocean is inhabited by intelligent beings. Participants of the Festival are the expedition team.
If we understand whales, we may well be able to understand who we are. This is probably the most important of our discoveries.
A search for a worldview that doesn’t destroy the world. Experiments, discussions, observations, changes. The expedition has at its disposal some of the most advanced means of acquiring knowledge, a great wealth of information, and a crew capable of great discoveries.

Тема третьего Всемирного Фестиваля Дельфинства - МЫСЛЯЩИЙ ОКЕАН.
Если бы мы прилетели на другую планету, смогли бы мы распознать в ее обитателях Разум?

Что если Океан - живое существо?
Возможен ли контакт с ним?
Каковы условия этого контакта?
Сознание - что это?
Каковы универсальные критерии разумности?
Что если они не совпадают с теми, к которым привыкли мы?
Насколько, в соответствии с ними, разумны мы сами?
Если мы поймем китов, мы, возможно, поймем и кто мы. Вероятно, это самое главное наше открытие.
На неделю круглое здание Посольства Дельфинов превращается в летающую тарелку, приземлившуюся на берегу неведомого океана. Это - исследовательская станция, рабочая гипотеза которой в том, что Планета - живая, и Океан населен разумными существами. Участники Фестиваля - команда экспедиции.
Круглосуточный опыт преодоления границ. Поиск мировоззрения, не разрушительного для мира. Эксперименты, обсуждения, наблюдения, изменения. В распоряжении экспедиции - самые совершенные средства познания, весь объем накопленной информации и экипаж, способный на открытия.

Le Theme du Troisième Festival Mondial de la Delphinité - L'OCEAN PENSANT.
Si nous atterrissions sur une autre planète, serions-nous capables de reconnaître chez ses habitants des êtres doués de raison ?
Et si l’Océan était un être vivant ?
Pourrions-nous entrer en contact avec lui ?
Quelles seraient les conditions de ce contact ?
Qu’est ce que la Conscience ?
Quels sont les critères universels qui déterminent la raison ?
Que faire s’ils ne coïncident pas avec ceux que nous avons l’habitude de reconnaître ?
Dans quelle mesure, en nous comparant à eux, sommes-nous doués de raison ?
Pour une semaine le bâtiment rond de l’Ambassade des Dauphins se transforme en une soucoupe volante qui aurait atterri au large d’un océan inconnu.
Cette station de recherche travaille sur l’hypothèse suivante : la Planète est vivante et l’Océan est habité d’êtres doués de raison.
Les participants à notre festival sont les membres de l’équipe de l'expédition.
Le niveau des questions définit le niveau des participants.
Si nous arrivions à comprendre les baleines, peut-être arriverions-nous à comprendre qui nous sommes.
Il est possible que c’est notre plus importante découverte.
Une experience pratique de dépassement de nos limites.
Recherche de la vision du monde qui ne le détruit pas.
Expériences, discussions, observations, changements.
L’expédition a à sa disposition des moyens les plus avancés, un grand volume d’informations et un équipage capable d’effectuer des découvertes.
