All for the content. Content is also how he is able to help so much. Kinda goes hand in hand
Would they do it without recording it though, content is king 1st and foremost to all these people
@@KryptsCorner Would they be able to do it without recording?
As a retired state police crime scene investigator and processor I commend you all for your empathy and respectful handling of this tragic even!
Amen
I hope they got a proper debrief and counseling after something like this. I've seen several youtube groups go this (amazingly selfless) route, and over time you can really tell what they've seen is wearing on them mentally
God Bless all of you that were involved 😢
@@edwardbrown561 I agree. As a former fire and rescue member, I have worked a small plane crash such as this. Worst thing in my career.

This is what America should be about. What a great group of people.
Also, I cannot belive what that family was put through. As if the loss of a father and husband wasnt enough. Bureaucracy is a cancer.
Did you hear what he said at 6:04... Simply disgusting. It's like the American machine isn't being ran off of American blood. Could you have imagined if they did not get it down in time... This country is falling apart because we do not have Americans running the country.
Nailed it, @vlarep2! Well said sir.
There is only one thing we all can say.
Thank you for bringing him home
Thank you for bringing closure to the family
Thank you for doing this
Thank you for being there

This video made me cry. When Cindy said she misses him and every time she turned around she felt he'd be there. I know how she feels as I lost my wife of 40 years last February. I'm still a wreck. You guys did one heck of a great thing for that family.
I'm sorry for your loss.
Sorry for your loss stay strong
I’m sorry sorry for your loss. I lost my husband last February. We were married for 43 years and I also look for him around every corner. Can’t say enough about Heavy D and his crew. Great guys!
When my mum died 12 years ago, I had dreams / nightmares (depending on your point of view) that she was still alive for months. Every time I woke up was like having it all happen again.
I still have dreams about her coming back to life once in a while, but they aren’t as traumatic anymore. I usually just find myself happy to be with her again, and when I wake up I’m just happy that I got the time again.
The grieving process is hard and I am starting to think it never really ends.
It does get less painful though, so … there’s that.
That’s the worst part, expecting them to be there and remembering every time. 💔 love be with you all! 💞🤟
As an old retired pilot with 5000 hours of experience I know the loss of fellow pilots. Bless you for what you did.
Got some time under your belt my man 🫡
Seeing the plane being flown directly over the camera and into the sunlight seemed quite symbolic. Great work guys.
Absolutely Incredible footage
Such an incredibly opening scene
Fellow UH-60 A/L aviator here (US Army, retired): we recently lost two dear friends of my own (from college and later in the Army) to a terrible accident that is still under investigation. You really handled this recovery in a professional and compassionate manner; compliments to you and all the members of your team.
I know the feeling. God bless you Brother.
Sorry for your loss
Thank you for your service and I’m sorry for your loss.
🙏 Fly high with the angels, Wayne! Rest in Paradise! Thank you for all you do, Dave! Much love!
How can a diesel show end up as a reality series that has the ability to make a grown man shed a tear or two. You guys are incredible. I hope you keep doing amazing things like this.
i totally agree with you on this one … this world so crazy now and no-one understands acts like this is how we need to be towards each other lifes to short for all the hatred there is

This one made me cry as well,
I was good up till the black bag, 15 years in the fire service it brings back many memories of being on the working end. Just goes to show how real and human they are and how great it is they use their success to help others, and the positive impact they have... Even when it makes a grown man shed a tear
They do this by being amazing People, and setting an example that few of us Are able to follow
didn't matter how much paperwork you had to do, what matter was bringing Wayne Wirt home, you did an amazing job with doing that.
is it just me.....or does Diesel Dave seem like one of the best people a person can be?? Always smiling, always hugging, always cheering and making the best of some bad situations!!! DUDE is a real one for sure.
As a retired law enforcement officer…thank you for your service to the family of the pilot. Very kind
As a retired stazi I thank you for your commitment to the order. All freedoms must be granted with papers.
They are incredible on ground and air. When I saw the relationship with AWP and them working together, it was like watching the forces of good for those families.
Thank you for your service.

Having over 2 decades of civilian law enforcement experience and 2 decades in the USMC, I have handled far too many tragedies. I've never seen a crew work with any more compassion and devotion to the tasks at hand. I know for certain your attention to detail and respectful completion of this recovery will help the grieving family immensely. I have no connection to the family, victim or anyone involved, but I still want to say thank you. I liked and subscribed.
Dave and his crew deserve some sort of recognition for what they do paid or not nothing changes BIG heart ♥️
Massive community right here 🤙
If no one has ever said this before, HeavyDSparks is basically a human angel walking amongst us !! He always jumps on board to help someone ! You're amazing
💯🙏👍
Every time I think HeavyD can’t get any more generous he goes and does it again. Amazing team you’ve created.
It is nice to watch - they could just give money, they could try to hire a guy, or they could just make a small donation...but no, they get their own equipment and do the whole damn thing themselves! Imagine how amazing it would be if other "influencers" behaved this way!
What awesome job you guys are amazing
Yeah he is a great person! Hope the person in these comments pretending to be him gets testicle cancer

This is the sort of content that separates you from everyone else. Real stories real people. Genuine. Nicely done to you and the team.
As a GA pilot for 48 years, and a sheriff sgt for 28... I have seen the reports and photos of many accidents and viewed wreckage after recovery, and I've been on many a crime scene. This is the first "on scene" recovery I've had the opportunity to witness. This was an outstanding video, compassionate, sensitive, and professional in every respect. Thank you.
Very well said.
As a former Army helicopter pilot and Vietnam veteran, I was very touched by the efforts of the Diesel Brothers and all involved. You show the spirit of "leave no man behind" that has always been a creed of Army aviation, one that we all took very seriously. To see the love, care, and effort that everyone involved put into this recovery was quite touching and made me proud. You are good men and I'm proud to know you even if it is just through this online medium.
God bless each and every one of you!!
I thought of the same exact thing. No man left behind. Considering the distance, etc. I am proud to be a fan.
I know of a veteran pilot I talk proudly of, Dale Morse, very good man, so if anything like him ,we need a world of you, thank you for your service and God bless
