Gloss finished on the interior trims are getting a lot more. Hope owners are taking care of them well.
The build quality is not better than the previous W205 notably the C300. It's more plastic inside esp. the door opening panel, seat adjustment panel, etc. No wood trims. No air suspension. No run-flat tyres. No multibeam LED or Digital Light LED headlights. No Burmester 13-speaker system. No climate control at the back. No USB at the back. Priced at RM330k against RM304k for W205. In return, you get the 11.9 inch portrait-oriented touchscreen display, stylish ambient lighting and MBUX. Just from my first walk-around observation.
Build quality means how good it is fitted together. And this is far better than the w205. The C300 W205 is better specced and competitively priced because it's a facelift run out model and don't forget ringgit has dropped, this is CBU, and world inflation has been going on
I was feel the same way too , certain small accessories would be best for such a branded car , like USB charger port , climate control for rear passenger , power port at the rear to give more option to charge our phone , i don,t think that malaysian would not not buy for it .

No rear USB port and no rear automatic zone control but 3 Series have. Even 3 series has better quality while benz quality is not as par as BMW and Volvo

I just can't get used to a full sized tablet distracting the driver's attention.
No rear climate control. They shd hv that included.
Thing is if this car (C180 variant) cost the same or in fact, more than a Tesla model 3 performance, which would actually be a better buy? Cos its actually a strong contender in my decision making.
For electric car i think wait for a year or two since there's not much charging port other then that go for the mercedes if want to buy now
If you in Malaysia & only have one car just go for c-class. We lack charging station for EV especially outside the city. It's increasing but still not enough especially if you want to do long drive. If you have other car for long distance drive then maybe you can consider the tesla for your daily drive in city.
I was in a similar dilemma, and after all I opted for the C180 AMG Line full package. The car is fantastic to drive, the Burmester 13-speaker system is another level of the sound quality. I recently drove a friend's Tesla and the only thing I was impressed with is acceleration, which is really insane. On the other hand, I felt every bump in the road, and besides the interior is so so minimal, to my taste of course. And in the end I don’t regret choosing C class.

Don't think so but I forgot to observe on this because it's very rush
