ESC Guidelines: 2. Perioperative Handling of Antithrombotics (Arabic Version)

The patient is taking antiplatelet, the other one is on long-term oral anticoagulant, both are scheduled for surgery.
Shall I stop these medications before the surgery or continue them perioperatively ?
