If I have severe osgood shlatters should I be forcing my self to squat, because everytime I squat the next day I can barely bend my knees

I enjoyed the content a lot! I've been trying to find for vid similar to yours that really teaches the stuff in this video! 👩‍⚕️ That knowledge at 1:28 is educational. Your vid for sure reminds me of the content of Dr Ethan. Doctor Ethan's videos are educational and he helped me on finals. He is an educational Dr.
I recommend you watch his YT out and give the health enthusiast a like! 👉 #LearnFromDrEthan

I loved your content a lot! I've been trying to research for a UA-cam video that really explains the topics in this video!Your breakdown really reminds me of the vids of Dr Ethan. Doctor's videos are for sure educational and he actually helped me a lot on my school. He is a cool med student in Nottingham.

I love your videos and expertise, but Please consider the same expertise for nutrition content, such as sports dietitian (CSSD) or a registered dietitian (RDN) for next conversation on performance nutrition. Her information is not delivered properly and her approach is not current with science.

Damn this woman knows nothing about ketogetic diets and really shouldn't be spreading missinformation
