INGREDIENTS:
1 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
pinch of slat
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
Combine everything in a bowl, and whisk together until combined, and the heavy cream has reached stiff peaks.
NOTE: If you are using a stand or hand mixer, make sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl, all the way to the bottom, and give it another mix, to make sure that everything is well incorporated. (Not shown in video)

Can you mix this chocolate whipping cream with custard chocolate flavour?
I am not sure.
the cocoa powder...is that unsweetened cocoa powder, where might I find that at
I use it from Trader Joes. It doesn't have to be unsweetened if you can't find it.

HI can i use fresh cream instead of heavy cream??
I don't know what fresh cream is. We don't use that term in the states, unless it's literally fresh from the cow :)
shaista baseer yes it's the same thing
Mam can we make this chocolate whipped cream from egg whites too? please reply.. urgent.. thanks
Can i sue it to pipe? Decorate? And filling ?
idon't have any kind of electric mixer, is it possible to whip it with hand using wooden spatula?
unfortunately you definitely cannot do this with a wood spoon. To make whipped cream, you are basically beating air into the heavy cream to make it fluffy. That is why you need at a minimum, a hand whisk, that has the holes to let the air through. but this would take you about ten minutes of constant whipping, so if you're not used to it, like a chef would be, it will be hard on your arms. Electric mixers are pretty inexpensive, I would look on amazon, walmart, or ross. You probably can get one for less than $15 and you will be able to use it for pretty much any baking thing you would ever want to do.
Lovebites hey ! Thanks for your reply. I used a hand whisker. And it turned out great, I whisked for about 15-17 mins. O might plan to buy an electric one in future though.. btw, your recipe is great. Gave me exactly the Scrammy yummy chocolate topping I was looking for.
I made the topping for a Cheesecake. It went really well!
