Very interesting. So much value in becoming increasingly more aware of my behaviour (and that of others). I've struggled with anxiety and depression for a number of years, but being aware of transactional analysis has really helped.

I’m pleased to hear transactional analysis has helped you. As a therapist it’s my favourite theoretical model, very powerful indeed. Wishing you all the best, Teresa.

Negative strokes are the worst when you have social anxiety and trying to socialize with others. Thanks for the video Teresa

Yes, negative strokes from ourselves in particular can fuel social anxiety. Best wishes, Teresa.

Good one, Angela... ...I work with people like myself- who live with chronic trauma. Our groups are really fragile for obvious reasons. We don't refer members, but will recommend what works for us. I like your work, and am ready to follow up and learn more...

Best thing I can do is refuse strokes I don't want so I won't be manipulated ..

@@LewisPsychology hi. Thanks for the reply. Do you provide counseling services online for US based individuals? I would absolutely love to know. Thanks!

Is doing something for someone or helping them a stroke and which one would it be conditional or unconditional?
