I like the way you make your videos, I don’t understand why so many think we just want to see them in front of the camera, don’t change the way you do them it’s like being on the back of the boat with you
Hi Vince plz keep going, your individuality is above rubies and a great strength so carry on doing what you must along with what you like and your hoard of happy followers will happily follow wherever you take us.
You know what they say, "variety is the spice of life". Some cruising, some chatting and some walking. It's all good. Whatever you fancy doing is exactly what you should do. 👍
Hi, Vince - your vlogs are great. Mostly all about the canals or the boat, or boating and when you drop in a little bit about yourself, it's interesting and easy to relate to you. Not many boat vloggers are like that. You've got a winning formula there, mate. I look forward to your vlogs more than any others.
Good to see another of your trips Vince. You are getting well away from London and family now. Hawkesbury Junction looks like a nice spot to be for a few days.
Really enjoy your vlogs. Also like the fact you visit some lovely churches on your travels. Find the vlogs very relaxing to watch, enjoy all the historical facts too.
Hello Vince and don't worry about only showing an occasional vlog of you only cruising the cut. I could just enjoy sitting on the stern rail and watching the world go by all day. To answer your question of should we see more of you, my preference is a view of the scenery going by with a voice over. Looking forward to the 180 turn under the bridge at Hawkesbury Junction in the next episode. Should be a good test of the old boat handling skills. Until then keep up the good life. Kevin
Vince I like your vlogs the way they are although I do enjoy seeing you as well, so pop your face on screen occasionally. It was nice that that couple asked after your mum. Looking forward to seeing Hawkesbury junction vlog. Love aunt Babs XXX
Hello aunt Babs. There are some nice people out here, and it was nice of them to ask about mum. Hawkesbury Junction coming up, and I'm looking forward to it , so see you again after that one love Vince xxx
Thanks for a pleasant trip on the Oxford canal I'm pleased the rain held off as I had forgotten my packermack, it's nice to see you now and again holding the tiller and talking but not all the time 😀 😊, see you next time on your new adventure . By the way we do have road and rail links up here in the North we're not that far away from civilization but joking aside you go and do what's best for you and your family much love ❤ to you and your family keeping me entertained in this mad world 🌎.
Thanks for the comment Alan. I'm liking it up here. I will have to get the map out after I've done the Ashby, and I'll make some plans. See you next time!
Vince, I got you some coffee as those early mornings get cooler over there, you'll need it. Keep up with the videos and hope the laptop situation resolves itself (Brian).
It is 21.56 and for the first time ever I fell asleep. Too relaxing and just the job. But I will have to watch again in the morning! Spreading my pleasures out big time!!!
Vince, keep the vids as they are in that way your different from the others, your voice overs are great giving us the best of both, views and commentary. You found a nice spot to moor with the hedge blocking the wind, yet enough of a gap to power your panels. Thanks for posting enjoy the mooring.
Thanks for the input, I will take it on board. It wasn't a bad mooring, I've found that there is no such thing as the perfect one, as I'm never satisfied haha!
Great area you were in mate. . . beautiful scenery. I think you should keep the vlog how it is. . . your comical and informative content is spot on. When we were looking for a boat we had the same problem about not seeing family enough and unfortunately it got the better of us. Maybe just keep down south more. . . the river Lea is beautiful. Anyway take care bud and it's always a pleasure to see you on here. . . Hope Mum is ok too.
Beautiful scenery Vince, I last did that route 6 weeks ago and moored right where you moored. Hawkesbury Junction is a great place, so much history. Great vlog as usual 👌
Nice around Hawkesbury Junction! I enjoyed seeing it and going around towards the Ashby. I won't give too much away, that's for the next one! Hope to see you on here then Vince!
Great to be back on the back of "Aitch", didn't need my pack a mack always a bonus. Well Vince I'm liking the different types of vlogs you do. It's nice to sometimes cruise, a wander around on another. Variety is the spice of life as they say.. Lol. I know what you mean about liking to be nearer family, family is important. Wish mine were abit closer. Anyway until next time.
Hi Vince. Another great vlog, countryside looks good. My carer saw a little bit of the vlog while she was here and intends to check you out on You Tube. She liked what she saw. It always occurs to us that each vlog takes you further away and we miss you too Vince. Thank goodness for your vlogs! Time now I think to get the thick socks & jumpers out to keep the body warm. Take care, everything not too bad here, although I have Covid with neighbours either side catch up soon. love Mum xxx
Hello Mum, tell your carer to subscribe haha! It's nice around here. Weather's been a bit wet and windy (not good for cruising ) keep away from the neighbours, and hope to see you soon love Vince xxx
Uncanny - last wk end I was walking the dog nr that stretch. At Brinklow and I shoot at the greyhound shooting club at hawkesbury stay safe buddy shane uk
Another good 1 matey (I'm more of a parrot than you ...must have written that over 50 times now lol)...Getting high up the country now and must be great being famous at the end lol...Keep going and see you on 55 !!! All the best Sir
Good vlog, I thinks it better when filmed as you do, I think you answered your own question in the vlog, you moved from the moored boat because of the generator, same goes with housing close to canal, not all boaters are as conscientious as you Vince. There have been some proper punch ups over it in the past.
Just a little thing have a go at cleaning the lens it not coming across shiny and bright but I live in Australia so it might loose the brightness going that far. Thanks for the video. Doug
Yes, I can see your dilemma. I suppose to stay south you’d need to head towards the South Oxford, Kennet & Avon maybe. There’s the River Nene and Fenland Waterways but I expect mooring options are limited there.
@@NarrowboatCruisingLifestyle BTW you have a very pleasant kind face that is enjoyable to see on your vlogs. But it is what you are comfortable with that matters. I'm one of those folks who hates even seeing my face in the mirror little lone on film. 😳😳😳😳

Good work as usual Vince. You were spot on about not seeing your ‘grid’ in front of the camera! Nothing wrong with the style of your videos.
Cheers Paul, and thanks for the feedback mate!
Thanks for this. Keep up the good work. I'd be happy for a mix of seeing you (as well as hearing you) speaking and showing "out there"!
Cheers Ruth, thanks for the feedback! See you on the next one!

@@NarrowboatCruisingLifestyle - or you could go up to Trent Junction and down the Leicester arm.
Are houses allowed to say no mooring? I don’t understand why people move beside a canal/river and don’t want canal boats nearby..Great vlog again 😊
In that case the people found the boats were level with their bedroom windows. They've obviously never heard of curtains.
Thanks Lizzy! I would imagine that they petitioned the local council.
