I love watching Cassie doing the video's for the Pellon projects! She's seems so energetic & spunky. She makes me wanna try making a bunch of different things using Pellon interfacings. Thanks so much Cassie, I'll have to follow you on your blog!
I bought this for a wallet I am attempting to make the pattern I had previously made was geared more toward leather and I am a bit worried the thickness of the interfacing will be to much for comfortable bending/movements. Sibce leather is thick though I am hoping it will maneuver similarly
I don't like that the pellon videos are not consistent. I was thinking about switching over to the fusible instead of the sew-in but because instructions are so inconsistent between all of their different videos I will stick with the sew in. Seam allowance ....wet vs dry... how long it takes to fuse, pinning versus not pinning etc.
I don't know if you will see this or reply. I have Style# 721PKG double sided medium firm Pellon I bought for a bag. I need to make insoles and I wondered if I could use cotton fabric one side and fleece fabric the other side, normally you don't iron fleece fabric which will melt, but if I use your method could it work?
Great attitude girl! Love the calm and energetic at the same time!

3/8" from the edge of fabric because...? I'm going to be using a 1/2 seam to sew denim bags. Should I have the fusible a inch from the edge of fabric?

She isn't a very good spokesperson for Pellon! lol...."just in case the glue goes rogue,"....so that tells me the stuff isn't that great.
