Put some water until the soil is moist, but not soggy.
Gooday i just got a socur about two months now ,but not looking good.
All day sun, porous soil media and limited water, that's the key.

Very common during the winter season. Better to wait till the beginning of spring. If it still happens, something is wrong with the soil composition.

Did you make hole under the cups?
Not necessary if you don't over-water them. Just make sure the soil is neither too dry, nor too soggy with over watering.
What did you add that mixer... and where I will get that
It's a mixture of fungicide and rooting hormone . Both are easily available with sellers selling plant medicines.

Yes it will work. But the chances of success may reduce a bit.

You should check for any signs of rotting. Take the plant out of the soil and check thoroughly.

Grafted cutting means? Are you planning to cut the plant below the grafted portion?
Here in the Philippines when is the best time to propagate by cuttings?
When it's warm, or just before the rainy season. Just avoid winter.

Planting this tree in house garden is a bad omen, people say, and cutting them away. Is there any truth in it?

It's better not to expose them to snow

It will still work. Only the chances of success may reduce a bit.
What can we use in case we dont have a fungicide?
You may make natural fungicide at your home, using 4 teaspoons of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of mild soap, and 1 gallon of water. This may be effective in larger plants on a wide scale, but for cuttings it's not much effective. You may skip the fungicide part, but that will reduce your chances of success.
Please suggest something else for rooting since it's lockdown and cannot buy these commercial products.
You can use honey and cinnamon. Aloe vera will also work fine.

It's not fertilizer. It's a mixture of rooting hormone and fungicide.

At your local nursery. They are easily available. Just ask for root hormone and SAAF fungicide.

Yes.. Like normal adenium plant. Not too much water though.

Its 1:1 fungicide powder and rooting hormone powder. Available easily in any nursery, or shops selling plant medicines. Also in Amazon.

Watering schedule depends on climate. So better to water it when the top soil has been dry for a day or two. Just avoid over watering.

Scissors give blunt cut, often which leads to rotting

With good judgement. Of how much water may be required.
