Me ha encantado, sus secuencias me resultan muy interesantes y atractivas. Personalmente no puedo utilizar demasiado el brazo izquierdo, algún consejo para mí práctica, o me recomienda alguna secuencia para mí sadhana .? Gracias
Dear Cristina, Thank you so much for your invaluable feedback. I will do a sequence especially for you, which won't employ the arms so much so you can enjoy the sadhana without too many arm-bearing poses. Light and love and keep up your great practice!
Dear Misty, Thanks for this comment. Make sure you do it in conduction with the other two videos to stimulate the endocrine system "Embodied sustenance", and "Glad Glands". Here's to your glowing and happy hormones. Namaste!
so glad i found your channel, this is beautiful. I love that you inform which organs and systems the poses work on. Please can you offer some adaptions as i cant do pigeon (bad knees), and the hands backwards elbow thing...too hard for me!! Beautiful setting, where are you? i love to see yoga outdoors! Namaste!
Thanks so much for this comment. Yes. you can always modify pigeon by keeping the back leg bend and not extended so it doesn't put pressure on your knee cap. In this case you will have to lean a little side-ways into the pigeon variation and you will target the gluteus and hip flexor muscles better. I will shoot a sequence especially with these modifications. Thanks for this great idea. Keep in mind that you can always increase the range of motion if your alignment is safe. So for nor focus on the alignment and the depth will come. The body will actually slowly open up on its own. Savor every moment of the practice, and attune it to your body's needs and edge. Namaste!
@@YogeaArtFlowYoga thanks for your reply and i"m really looking forward to a video especially on modifying for bad knees! Now I've found your videos they're my go-to for my evening yoga practice...essential to keep me sane in covidjail. Namaste
Couple this video with our other two Yogea routines: Embodied Sustenance; and Glad Glands And practice those three times a week.We will be posting more hormonal balancing routines and breathing practices. Stay tuned!
I give up. It seems like a good routine, but some of the poses I didn’t feel like I was doing correctly, and through my struggle to watch and listen to you, an ad would interrupt. Thank you anyway.
Thank you for this candid comment it means a world to me. We are working on eliminating the ads and I have toned down the complexity, so the future routes will be much ore user-friendly. Starting live streaming of weekly sequences in Jan of 2023. Will keep you posted. Namaste!
OMG, who did this german translation?? Sometimes it´s ridiiculous, like: "bring the cup down" was translated as: "bringen sie den Polizisten(cop) nach unten" or "inhale" translated as "hey".... I hope german translation wouldn´t be done with other videos - it diminishes the wonderful energy ... I am Yogea Yoga Fan since years
Opps, thanks for this precious comment. I have no idea who translated it, but clearly it was not professionally done. Stay true to the english and original version. It won't let you down. Namaste!
@@YogeaArtFlowYoga I realized it was google translator - you can have subtitles in other languages ( I didn´t know that you can chose it) and I could switch it off - yesss, I prefer the original version. Thank you so much for all the inspiring videos. Namasté!
Absolutely, Mina. The pancreas is on the right side, but the twisting action on the left stimulates the pancreatic gland to secret live-enchancing hormones. I should have made it more clear, and thank you for your input. Namaste!

Correction !Pancreas is located on the right side and not the left

No. It is on the left. ;-)
