Even after so many years, I find this particular yoga class THE BEST LIVER SAVIOUR ever. Thank you dear YOGEA Yoga for brining this magic to people. Much love 🧘💝
The Yogic liver cleanse is a unique blend of breathing, asana and creative visualization that helps us digest and filter unresolved emotions. All contracting and twisting poses stimulate the abdominal organs, including the liver and all digestive organs. They flush the poisonous substances from the blood stream.
Talk about a special de-liver-y! 🏆This healthy visualization resonates long after the practice. Remarkably energizing and restorative for such a relatively brief practice. I so enjoy it when the focus of a particular class is on a specific area of wellness, system or organ of our dear, hard-working bodies. Thanks again for sharing with us this movement and knowledge.
Cyndi Perkins Thanks so much for sharing, dear Cyndi! Yes, it is so rewarding when we can narrow the practice down to a specific areas, organ, zone or chakra - truly purging. And it's the perfect spring practice, as it squeezes all the inner "sponges" of our body.... Happy cleansing and more targeted routines to come....Namaste!
This is great! I had a cancer metastases in my liver in 2014 and had surgery to remove it. This practice makes me feel like I am doing work to protect from the disease coming back. Thank you!
Dear Michelle, All my love and light for your healing. I am happy that this practice keeps your organs balanced. If I may suggest our anti-cancer sequence "cellular reboot". It has a powerful meditation at the end that you might like. Also all of Yogea hormonal balancing sequences would be good, too. As well as our intestinal flushing sequence "Alkalize". Wishing you a full recovery and glowing health. Namaste!
I love your routines they are a pioneering synergy on so many levels, do you have a video that explains how you came to develop such a superb practice? I wish I could attend your live classes. Thank you for sharing your talents and knowledge. 🙏
Wow, dear Suzannah! I am amazed at how well you have explained Yogea's creative spin on Yoga. Can I please save your comment for Yogea's upcoming book? You can visit the website yoga.org to read a little bit about the style and how it originated, but you will be able to trace the whole journey from the book that will come out soon. I will let you know when. Thank you again and Namaste
wow, that was truly an amazing yoga sequence like no other I have done before. I actually felt a little nausea ( only briefly) like my body wanted to vomit out all the crap in my system. Thank you so much!
Thanks so much for this candid feedback. It is great to know that classical yogis like you are open minded and open hearted. Try out some other routines with a creative spin. Namaste!
Thank you so much for sharing. You are going way too fast that my muscles aren’t able to stretch. I have to stop the video after every single move to allow them to stretch. Very frustrating. Skip your morning cup of Starbucks and slow it down. I really appreciate your kindness to share your knowledge with us. 💕
Yes, Kristina.you nailed it. This is such a good routine and the poses are very beneficial, but if just flows too fast and we will be doing a new liver detox at a much slower pace, with the same rigor and creativity as this one. Stay tuned and thank you so much for your comment. It is so precious and it helps us grow!
La secuencia de las posturas es muy buena me encanta yogea lo único que si es que el tiempo entre una postura y otra se me hizo demasiado rápido y en las transiciones un poquito más de tiempo bueno es lo que sentí al practicarla muchas gracias 🙏
Dear Amparo, I understand your comment, but my written Spanish still needs to brush up, so I will reply in English. Absolutely agree with you, the sequence flows way too fast and that doesn't leave viewers with the necessary time to get in the pose, hold it and get out of it to transitions. I promise to work on the pacing, and if fact if you try out our latest posts you will find the pacing much ore doable and the poses much more enjoyable! Muchas gracias!
Dear Abigail, Thanks for your comment. I am aware of the rapid speed that makes it practically hard to use, so I have created a new, much slower Liver Detox routine that is about to be release soon. Stay tuned! Thanks for your comment and Namaste!
Dear Tiffany You are spot on, this sequence came out way TOO fast and is impossible to follow, but the poses are great and you can deconstruct them if you wish. We have improved the instructional quality and pace of our videos ever since, so if you stumble on a more recent post, you will find it more user-friendly. Check it out. Namaste!
Yes, hear you and couldn't agree with you more I feel the same way and this was one of the very first routines we shot and we were not able to get the speed or cuing right, but ever since we have gotten much better and hopefully the latest Yogea Live Streams (full length target classes) will resonate with you more Keep on spreading your teaching yoga art. Namaste!
Thanks so much for acknowledging the high speed that prevents people to follow You probably picked one of Yogea's tastes routines, which indeed is hard to catch up with. If you check out some recent posts, you will enjoy routines for different levels and conditions at a much more doable pace. Have fun and Namaste!
Dear Nicki, True, this is a supersonic sequence. The poses are great though, but the pace is somehow impossible as you have noticed. Due to comments like yours we have created a new Liver Detox which is paced down and much better instructed. I will keep you posted when it comes out. Thanks for reaching out to us. Hugs to you and Namaste!
Yogea Yoga thank you! This is great news because this sequence seemed perfect and very specific. That's why I was so bummed I was having trouble with it. I look forward to the new video. Thank you!!!
I know. It's enervating when you can't follow and you are damn right, its way too fast. If you like the creativity of the style check out recent posts to enjoy much slower and more doable sequences. Namaste!
Thank you so much! This was a great gentle practice. I love the meditation at the end of the practice. It is the perfect way to finish!

Man, I'm a traditionalist when it comes to yoga, but this is really good. She knows what she's talking about. Just what I needed.

2 months newbie here i really hope you could teach me when we were met marina
Lia Purishanti Sure, Marina will teach you for sure, and the Balinese moves are part of awakening the body's Indo-European codes...Happy Practice!
Thank u sister
very good stretches but it is way too fast for me. Just can't keep up.
Dear Abigail,
Thanks for your comment. I am aware of the rapid speed that makes it practically hard to use, so I have created a new, much slower Liver Detox routine that is about to be release soon. Stay tuned! Thanks for your comment and Namaste!
Awesome! I, too, found it to be a bit too fast, but love your creative flows. They are so different! Namaste
Simply super
great
what's the mat used in the video? I found most yoga mats are too narrow for a few poses.
It is not a mat, it is actually a beautiful rug. Namaste!
Too fast and not enough instructions
Moves through movements quickly...this is only meant for advanced yogis. Not meant for people with actual issues that need to be cleansed.
Dear Tiffany

I recognize some balinese dance move here
Definitely way too fast for me & I’m a yoga teacher 😅

@@YogeaArtFlowYoga absolutely!
Thank you for responding. ❤️🙏
Sadly...The pace of the class is too fast for even advanced Yogis to follow.

I don't agree. I think the class keeps your mind alert and awareness bright, listening acutely x
These moves are too fast and not properly explained. You could really hurt yourself here.
