@ I know they are for looks but it makes life hard when you show up to the track with one not realizing you need to see through it going down any straight or pretty much anytime your fully tucked in! It’s worse than riding at night with a tinted shield on your helmet
Speaking of swing arm length how do you feel about the wheel being placed either at the front of the swing arm drop outs or at the very rear and what effects can there's two changes have on the bike handling
@@512460 I think you do have a small change in wheelbase and therefore a small change in handling. The bike is designed for that though, chains will stretch over time, so there does have to be some wiggle room for adjustment.
@@512460 when you place the wheel all the way forward you obviously shorten the wheelbase but it also helps the bikes change of direction. It will be a bit nervous feeling though. In opposite, when you put it all the back in the drop outs (bmx guy at heart) you give the bike stability in the turns although it’s not as agile from side to side. Hope that helps
Speaking on mods you know nothing about because "your friend won a race without it" is pretty damn stupid. 1. Lowering for roll/drag racing is worth it. People don't take these for track days. 2. Stretching for roll/drag racing is worth it. People don't take these for track days. 3. People who run underglow don't typically run track days. 4. A cheap exhaust hmm maybe... cutting pipes and stuff is for squids that normally don't give a damn about anything you're saying. 5. Stunt cages are for.... shocker... stunters. Commuters or track riders don't do that. Unless they're big adventure bikes thats a whole other culture. People who are doing track day are more informed than this.
Thanks for this feedback! I don't remember mentioning a friend winning a race but I'll have to rewatch the video and see where that was. I do believe that I also mentioned all the things that you mentioned here in your comment, but it's nice to hear it again. I definitely don't know everything, in fact I know quite a little which is why I usually start the video (as in this one) with stating that these are my opinions. But once again thank you for the feedback and for watching the entire video to see all the points. I'll take this onboard moving forward.
What about spiked windscreen bolts or completely blacked out windscreens?🤣🤣🤣
Lol, the spiked bolts help keep the mosquitos away 🤣 I do agree with the non visible windscreens though, that one almost made my list!!
What is wrong with blacked out windscreens?

@vr46nh69bs11 I completely agree with you! Probably not something that many people think of either since it's rare to be in a full tuck on the road.

You described almost all bikes in houston lol
@@zx-prang lol good to know!
When you going to Texas ?

You forgot tinted windscreens.)))
100% agree! Had it on my mind but it didn't quite make the top 5, definitely something that hinders your ability to ride and is unnecessary though!!
As all of his bikes have tinted windscreens, lol. Nice bikes and good points!
Can't resist the blue lol
