Very awesome tour, great collection. If the person filming would film the cars when they talked about them it would have been even better, but you can’t get everything I guess.
To see a Domestic museum, is like being in "Domestic Heaven"! To see the picture of (presumably) Mr. Domestic on the back wall, and see him smiling, is as if he is looking down on us today, and he is happy because we love his cars! Incidentally, in ENGLAND, after the war, we had a famous company called JOWET, who had a new car called the Javelin. Their car was like the 4 door Beetle, and it also had a lot of legroom! It also had an engine like the Beetle, but at the FRONT. This engine was already 1500cc, and it took till 1967 until the Beetle had this! So the Javelin was like the combination of Volkswagen and Rometsch
Great content, thx for making. 😎 If you have never been to HO you really have to put that on your list. One of, maybe the best VW collection in the world and the Grundmann‘s are so nice and enthusiastic people👌 Best Greetings 🙋🏻♂️
3:30 the Rometch BEHIND them was found in Carlyle Iowa USA about 30 years ago. Brought to Iowa in early 50s by a Retired Guy in Cedar Rapids Iowa, he got in Phoenix or Los Angles area. It was originally ordered by a Hollywood Star, Gregory Peck.
very cool. just discovered these videos. binge watching. I have been following the restoration of the 38 on the samba, now i am following the 1937 W30/26.
Crummy music… and crummy cameraman who doesn’t really show us the cars well enough. But fabulous (brilliant as they say in the UK) show and so very interesting. Despite my complaints a great VW/KDF history lesson.
Great video can't wait to see that collection in person.

Unfortunately the camera man did not understand that this video was not about the men talking, but about cars.
ROMETSCH is one of my favourite brands!
You know I would like to see the car..jezzz

Im trying to turn my cell phone towards the cars to see them 😭
you need to improve your interviewer skills.
Disappointment. The video is supposed to be about the VW cars. Instead, it showcases the fool talking about them. Seldom a shot of the cars.
