- Biology Professor (Twitter: @DrWhitneyHolden) teaches about endocytosis, a common cellular process through which cells takes up bulk material from outside the cell. Biology Professor discusses two of the most common types of endocytosis: pinocytosis and phagocytosis. Information on pseudopodia and the role of phagocytosis in the immune system are also discussed. Great for MCAT Biology Review!
I’ve been trying to learn this concept for two semesters and this video summed it all up in a few minutes.
This woman is getting me through vet school. Yassssss! Thank you
@ its doable but quite a challenge
Yay, this helped me out a lot! Thank you!! :D
thank you for your video..., I clear all my doubt about phagocytosis and pseudopodia from this video...,
Yes! Got it thanks for the help!
Yes, It did helped me a lot thank u very much!.
A great video explaining the process of Endocytosis which really enhance my knowledge about cell transport. I would be grateful if you explain the application of endocytosis a little bit further.
Thanks for your video. It helps me a lot.
Thank you so much Biology Professor. This was of so much help to me that I couldn't help but subscribe to your channel :D
Your hair is SO gorgeous!!
Hi! Thank you so much for the helpful video! :) Can I request that you do a video for receptor-mediated endocytosis?
very helpful!! ty so much
Thanks a lot miss...it was of great help
great explanation !
Awesome lecture
Thank you so much !
THANK YOU!!!! YOU ROCK!!!!!
Thank you!
Thank you very much :)
Thank you
Thank you so much I just subscribed😀
Thanks 😊
great video
Thank you miss 🌹
You are very welcome 🤗
Thank you !!
You're welcome!
Thank you Madam. Namaste
About Studies Ae bhai Tereko mene har Endocytosis ke video pe dekha hai
@@rustyshackleford9877 endocystosis ka master h😂😂😂😂😂
Keep it up
Thanks
Thank you. You are an angle!
Nabila Ali yeah she seems very obtuse with her teaching
she's a right angle
Yes, she has an acute ability to teach.
But why does not the liquid pass through diffusion method ?
Why is pinocytosis compared to drinking and phagocytosis to eating?
because when you are drinking you are taking in small molecules of whatever your drinking. In pinocytosis the cell takes in small molecules of stuff, for lack of a better term. When you are eating you are taking in big food particles and complex molecules. In Phagocytosis the cell does the same thing, taking in big food particles. Does that kind of help?
thanks mamm!
You're welcome :)
Thanks Mamm! May God keep you healthy ,happy & prosperous.....
Nice madam...pls can u help to me for ph.D in ur university
Very basic
That was the intention. Thanks!
