I did this in a low AR player world and they asked for my help so I eventually agreed and when they failed and we got sent back they were so nice like “Aww man…” And I just told them it was quest locked I didn’t wanna break their hope so I never told them that before.
WHEN I DIDNT HAVE INAZUMA UNLCOKED MY FRIEND (who finished the Inazuma quest and joined way before me) HELPED ME ICE BRIDHE TO INAZUMA.. IT TOOK AN HOUR AND WHEN WE WERE SO CLOSE THEY TELEPORTED US BACK 💔💔
this is funny, bc when i was a low AR i also ice-bridged to inazuma, 2 higher ARs helped me with kaeya without questioning, it was a fun experience, we ended up getting struck by lightning and i was shocked but had to go to dinner and planned to restart, the other 2 friended me and occasionally came online but then never came back online, and i ended up not doing it because i was lazy then got there by quest

some newbie asked me this too, and when we were half thru but drowned. The guy said "fck it, im using cheats" and used the glitch under liyue boat to walk to inazuma.
You can't get there even with walking under the water glitch. You have to abuse trial characters bug and pocket teleport as save point. Also you can use geo traveller to jump from one construction to another. I managed to do it once. You safe untill you touch the floor.
Btw after unlocking all of inazuma and clearing the thunder, its possible to do it. Ice bridged there with wrio. Took 30 minutes of nonstop clicking. Fingers hurt at the end
