I agree. Although even fall is too warm for my liking (except for very late fall like Thanksgiving, that's often a fun time of year). I love winter and wish I could experience some real cold someday, like -70 or colder.
I'm _originally_ from Massachusetts _but currently live in Pennsylvania_ and I handle the cold better than anyone I know. It's weird because I'm model-thin and people would expect me to get cold easily due to my physique but I don't know if I've ever truly been cold. I can comfortably walk around in -5 degree weather wearing just a sleeveless dress, flats, and a cute scarf. I did so today and was totally comfortable. People stared at me in shock asking if I was cold and I said "no", I was perfectly comfortable. I was told it seemed impossible that I wasn't shivering because my outfit looked like a summer outfit (or at least late spring/early fall with the scarf). I do have limits, though. If it gets much colder than about -10, I need to grab a coat or hat, colder than about -15 and I need both and gloves, colder than about -20 and that's when I need to start layering.
