Welcome to the rich. If you own multiple homes you already set that bar for yourself. Anything more and the dunning Krueger effect gets worse. The more money they have the more right they think they are, and the more valuable they perceive themselves.
This phenomenon means that once you reach a level of wealthy where you're no longer scared about retirement or food or having a place to sleep the rest of your natural life without ever having to work again, you hit a point where you see yourself as god among men, and impervious to mistakes or errors, hence the wild slack brained ideas they come up with that always fail that they simply ignore and do again because they can afford to see the mistake as completely not their fault and go right back to doing it again.
I would actually become a friggin NSFW Model if I got paid enough to change myself dramatically like that. But I have a logical extreme it's not going to be me turning into a fictional character. But I would do a few basic surgeries that remove my visibly disabled mutations

@@xXIronPeachesXxI don’t think that’s the dunning Krueger effect. Besides, plenty of wealthy people prove that wrong. Not all wealthy repeat the same mistakes; most actually learn from their mistakes.
Dunning Krueger (as far as I know), is where the less you know, the more you think you know. The more you know, the more you realize how little you know.
This censorship thing is so ridiculous. In this case, the words 'breast' or 'breasts' are acceptable but soft slang terms like 'boob' or boobs' aren't? On a medical show? I can't believe that people have become that prudish & over sensitive to the point of absurdity. Sometimes, I really do think the society is regressing.
Not to mention the fact that "boob" was un-bleeped in the original broadcast!

Some of these surgeons should have their licenses revoked for putting their patients fantasies over their health.
My god, you know when you see somebody, who had a horrible accident and you feel so uncomfortable looking at the person, and your body almost starts to ache from just imagining how this person must suffer? I felt like I was looking at burn victims while watching this. This is not normal.
I can’t imagine the pain after having 6 ribs removed. So painful.
That’s what I said. I’ve had dozens of surgeries growing up and whenever bone was even worked on, not to mention removed, it was the most painful recovery of them all.

I want things, but have enough sense and maturity to know that some things may not be good for me or attainable.
The problem is, these folks want...but it will never be enough, and they'll just keep wanting and never being happy.

Tori Spelling has had at least one facelift (regrettably, as she was better off before), but she at least had the sense not to do what these people have done.
That woman with six ribs should’ve been told that you need to wear some kind of protection because the ribs are protection for your insides. She gets in a car, crash vehicles, her insides that’s just protecting your insides from spilling out these people out there.

Many of these people have compromised their health and had complications. Some have been on the show with a lot of regret for having done these things.

Where do these ppl get so much money for surgery? If I had that much money I would be hitting all the places on my bucket list that I wanna travel to. I also don't think they know how to just appreciate what they have bc they're always wanting more. They always go down the list "if I have this, this, and this then I'll be happy." but one surgery wasn't enough for them and they're doing a million of them later bc now they're hooked on messing with their looks. This isn't gonna fill whatever internal void they have. You can be really pretty and still think that you're not so they don't need surgery they need to see a psychiatrist bc it seems like it's all in their heads. You can't fill an internal void with external changes.

Actually, there are many times he stops smiling because it gets to being so absurd that it's not funny, but really sad. They both get to being astounded by some of these people.

Unless it's for a medical reason, I do not think anyone should have plastic surgery till they are older, not in their 20's. I have friends that did botox & fillers in their 30's & 40's. & they have not aged well.
