2 words, Dynamic Balancing,,., even if the weight of the blades are the same, THe C.G of the blades have to be the same as well... if not there will be uneven mass distribution on the rotor

Can you not just weigh each blade then add or reduce weight as needed? If not why?
If the blades do not have uniform weight distribution, e.g. one tip heavier than the other, they may weigh the same, but still be out of balance.
