Fabulous! Just finished making and I love it! Thank you for the tutorial.
Just finished this top and love the results! Quick and easy. A bit of difference with the video vs printed instruction but manageable.
Is this called the flower Granny square?
Perfectly presented. And a stunning piece. Thank you for sharing. It is refreshing to find crochet wearable styles that step out of the basic stereotype 60’s although they were classic. Just subscribed and looking forward to making your designs. Cheers from Ottawa, Canada
I absolutely love that top! I think I'm going to have to make one. Can't wait to see the finished bear 😁

Thank you for this tutorial ❤
Estoy entusiasmada 🤩 muchas gracias por compartir. No sé inglés, pero visualmente es fácil seguir las indicaciones
Brilliant tutorial 🥳 and beautiful pattern 💕 The Circulo looks a “dream” but not available in the UK . Love your work, much love from the 🇬🇧
Thank you so much!! 💞
this is beautiful and the pattern was ok to follow sort of.. but the yarn color matches the back ground and you are out of center frame a lot of times and your fingers are in the way a lot when you say "go right here" or something like that but it can't be seen.. I see this is 2 years old but that is just my feedback
Me encantó!!!🥰 Por favor pon subtítulos en Español. Gracias 🙏
Hola !! Debes dar clik en el vídeo y se habrira .ventana de opciones , ahí das clik en subtítulo ...

Thank you so much! You just made my day. :)
Stunning!!❤
I love your crochet. 💜💜💜💜
Thank you so much!
Can you bring your work a bit closer please
I found that I can zoom in on the tutorial. Hope this helps you.
You obviously don't know how to use the tool bar🤦🏽♀️
@@Rara-pr9wgthis person asked so nicely. You didn’t have to be so rude. This might be someone who doesn’t get technology very well. Hope you wouldn’t want someone to be rude to your grandma if she was the one asking for help. Being a kind person is free.
Just enlarge it like you would a picture you took with you 2 fingers its easy I needed a larger pic too lol good luck

Hey I love the tutorial! I am making this for a size 36 inches bust so how do I figure out the size of the squares a little confused
Great Video, great top!!! ♥
Glad you liked it!!
Lovely top. I think I’ll make it for my 3 granddaughters. How much yarn did you use? Is this a size small or medium? Thank you and congratulations on your first video. I subscribed!😀
This I would say is a size small but could also fit a medium because it is quite loose and has stretch. I used close to 10 oz of yarn. Thank you for subscribing!
How many of the balls of yarns did you use ☺️
Heyy, I'd like to start by thanking you for making the tutorial. However I just wanted to give a little constructive feedback, I found that your hands move very quickly and I was having a hard time seeing what loops you were putting the hook into at the start of the video. I keep pulling mine out bc Im not sure if I'm doing it right. Everytime I finish the beginning portion I find mine doesn't look quite like yours. Anyways I'm going to pull it out again in attempt to make this top. As for it is super cute. But just thought maybe if you moved your hands a bit slower to dramtically show what holes your hook is going into for the first few stiches it would be very helpful for other beginner crocheters. Thank you again for your time to put this together and consideration for future tutorials. 🙂
Hi Jade! Thank you so much for your feedback! I really appreciate you taking the time to let me know and I will absolutely make sure to go slower in my future videos. ☺️
I'm so confused! I must be dumb... The weight of yarn is what I am confused on.. Light weight worsted? My knowledge is worsted weight is 4 weight!?! Perhaps I'm confused is because in my opinion 4 weight doesn't seem light weight to me 🤷♀️ I guess I will wing it but is this pattern using a 4 weight?
So light weight is a 3, also called DK
What size of top does following this to rural create?
This is adorable! Thanks for sharing. You do such a great job explaining.
I am making this now but my squares don’t lay flat when I’m finished…. I’m trying to make a bigger size so I took the advice of another commenter and am triple crocheting most of my stitches instead of double, and I add an extra row around the edge at the end. Because of the triple crochets, it’s a looser weave. Could that be what’s causing my squares to be wavy and rumpled?
IS very beautiful darling 🥰😘😘 thounsand kisses for you from Seville in Spain ❤❤
Beautiful pattern but can't see where your placing your stitches..
Yeah I have to be more careful in my other videos. I realize some people can’t either see or I’m doing it too fast! 😅
I appreciate the feedback!
Bitte häkel Muster auf deutsch
Awesome Tutorial- Thanks- Will Make One- Calif-
tank you for the video! is the measurement in inches?
Yes it is :)
This was a great tutorial, thank you 😊
I’m curious, how can it be made bigger? We’re not all the same size 🥴
It is easy to make bigger. The video suggests making it bigger on the outside square, but I would add rows to the round part. Ex: Triple crochet your first circle and triple crochet the row before peddles. This alone gives each square 1 more inch. Make 8 squares in paper attached to see how big you want each square. Then either use a bigger hook or do as I suggested, but always make a paper plan, taped first. That's a lot faster than tearing apart your work later. ❣😊🇨🇦
Thank you so much for this tutorial ! I have an issue : my top is very very "thick", and even with an extra row of double crochet its too close to my body imo.. im size M/L. Maybe i uses a coton too thick ? It supposed to be size 4 crochet. And how Would you make this top bigger / more loose ? Using a crochet size 5? Best regards
Hi Maggie! Thank you for giving this tutorial a try! Yes, you can absolutely make the squares bigger by going up a hook size. That will make each square larger and more loose fitting once assembled. Let me know if you have any other questions! :)
Good job! 🌹
Thanks! 😊
Hi there how do I make this top in a size 22? is it a matter of using bigger needle ad making the square bigger or doing more squares?
Hello how would I make this bigger
Hi there! I apologize for my delay.
Yes, so to make it bigger, you just keep adding rounds to each square (I explain how to add more rounds in the tutorial). That will make the top larger over all. ☺️ You can also use a thicker yarn (like a worsted) and go up a hook size.
I just finished this top and I love it! Thank you! Question!! What do you wear under? Bra? Tank? I can’t figure out how to style
Im a little peeved. I bought your pattern. It said to use a 4.5 hook, ur vid says otherwise, the pattern says to make 7 squares. But your vid says 8, the pattern says front sides out and sl st in the back stitches, ur vid just says anyone old way u wanna. Are you even paying attention to your own directions?
Now Im just annoyed
Can you precise what size you are doing
Just wondering how you'd make it for plus sized bodies? Just make more squares making sure it's an even amount?
The link to written pattern does not work :(
I made this top for a friend she doesn’t want 16:24 t the fringe. Have ever made a half square to add to it
Is there a video or pattern I can buy for the top you're wearing in this one? I searched Etsy but don't see it. It appears to be different stitches. Thanks
How much yarn is needed the pattern is lovely
I wish it would be in German
Are you sure that the yarn used is a medium or?? Need suggested on the packages a smaller Yard am I wrong?
Is gorgeous! What number yarn is the one you used?
Meaning the yarn weight? Or the color?
It’s a DK weight, size 3 🙂
Would love for you to do an add onto this part with a triangle for this granny square
Thanks a lot. You’re a wonderful teacher. I made one for my daughter and she loved. 🥰🥰🥰
Leuk patroon. Het zou wel fijn zijn als je je werk hoger in beeld brengt. Nu komt het achter de ondertiteling.
Following this tutorial! If you're like me and you don't like weaving in ends, instead of cutting and starting over for the final round, you can:
- slip stitch to finish the round and then TURN YOUR WORK AROUND and follow the pattern. The DC will be 'backwards' but it's not really noticeable. If you do all the squares this way, it'll look more uniform
- or you can finish the second to the last round and slip stitch until you reach the point where you can start the last round.
Hope this helps! 🫶🏻
Hello, how many balls of wool please?
Cuantos se coloca para empezar no entiendo porque yo no hablo inglés sino español
Très beau merci
I used your tutorial and made my own version for my oldest daughter. She loves it. Ty for making it so easy to follow. ❤️
Thank you for giving the pattern a try! 😍
How many squares have you done in total.
When you say light weight worsted mercerized cotton would that be a sport weight size yarn. I have 24/7 and was wondering if that would work or does it have to be DK?
You explained this soooo good!! And I’m not even English mother tongue 😆 Thank you so much for this beautiful pattern ❤️
Awww I’m so glad!! Thank you! ☺️
thank you very pretty...why cut yarn before last row?
You know, I just realized the other day that it wasn't actually necessary to do that! haha - kind of too late to change it now but you are right in noticing it wasnt needed. ;)
@@HandsofZealCrochet 😆no judgement here! I was paying attention because i thought i was doing it wrong❤️

❤ Dankeschön für das wunderschöne Video und das Top ist fantastisch.
Is the motif 6.5 cm?
Hi love the top can you please say what size this top is
Amazing design love it 💕💕💕
What size is it ? the top is beautiful thanks🇨🇱🇳🇱🌷🌷
The one I am wearing is a size small but could fit a size medium. I do explain how to make a larger size though. :)
I'm only coming up with 32 dc on round 2
Beautiful pattern.. just curious though.. how many squares for a large-x-large? Thanks in advance.
Thank you so much! So it will be the same amount of squares, you will just add more rounds to each square to make the top a larger size.
@@HandsofZealCrochet Thank you!
Супер!А как связать половинку мотива-треугольник?
Thank you so much for this cute tutorial, but what kind of yarn did u use? Is it coton? And is it big ply small ply or a regular one? I'm from Indonesia, and i'm curious of what yarn is it.
I absolutely LOVE this too!! I would love to make one for my daughter who is 9 months old.. is there a way to make this in baby sizes?
I have made my first one looks nice thank you for showing how to do it 😊
You’re welcome 😊
Hermoso tutorial, te agradezco, eres muy buena enseñando, lo entendí perfecto y eso que no hablo tu idioma😅, saludos desde México 😊
Could you add more squares to make it longer or even wider? How souks that changes the assembly process? Thanks!
What is the milliliter size of the yarn
I like your work ❤
Please Greek subtitles?
I make it for my daughter
Great tutorial. I love this style, easy to follow your instructions. Thank you for sharing.😊
Did you make yours yet. How do you care for the top after, do you have to dry flat & does the fringe get tangled?
I plan to machine wash in a lingerie bag on gentle then dry flat.
Wow for your tutorial. And how many balls did you use for this project, and what size please ?
May I ask I add two more at the front instead of tassels. As they give me mega ickski
Thank you for this video. You did a great job explaining. I wish I knew how to add a picture on here because mine turned out amazing. I can’t wait to wear it on my Florida trip in a few weeks
Kann mir jemand die deutschen Maße für ein Granny sagen?
I absolutely love this top and I'm thinking of making it for a friend. The only problem I'm running into so far is sizing. The friend I'm making this for is pretty petite so I'm aiming for a small or maybe even an extra small. After doing the first square it seems like it might end up being a little bigger than what I need. Can you tell me how it fits or what size it might be close to?
Also, I know sizes can be very personal to some so please don't feel any pressure to disclose any information you don't want to.
Go down to a 3.5 mm crochet hook
I apologize for my delay, but yes using a smaller hook will be helpful is bringing the size now
Is this available in different sizes?
Yes ❤️ I explain it all in the tutorial. I also have the pattern written and for sale in my Etsy shop.
I can't wait to start..... I've got a feeling I'll be making more than just 1, probably 4!, Thankyou for sharing and showing us. Only just subscribed so I've got some catching up to do. 🤗
thank you for this video. easy to follow! ❤
How much yarn do you need for this pattern? Can not wait to make! Thank You!
It was really difficult to see where the stitches were placed
I love ❤️ this! I can’t wait to make it! Hi, Julie!👋🏻
Can you de a tutorial on the top you are wearing, it's beautiful. Love your videos!!!
So I mDe this for my daughter and the squares are too big. Apparently she is skinnier than you! Lol. If I remake it and use a smaller hook will it make the squares smaller?
Awww I’m sorry to hear it’s too big! Yes, if you go down a hook size it will make it overall smaller. 🙂
How much yarn does this take?
Lindo💕
Your suppose to pull through two loops twice not once
Just wondering what size is this top?
