This poor doggie. Those paw pads look like it’s stuck in a crate all day & he uses the bathroom & they are for sure neglecting him. Ask if you can adopt him. That is so sad. Shame on them! I hope you tell them that he can get an infection from being that matted by his private parts. I pray he gets rehoused. Very disturbing. 😢

Dogs seem to do well in belly bands. This guy needs one I think.
It can be impossible to get into the groomer. Now I am learning how to care for coat in between grooms.

Why not put the dog in the harness you have when you do there legs?
