I was really hoping for that narrow canyon base Still a pretty good design, but seeing a more out there design that raiders won't know would've been interesting
tbh i played pretty bad but the turrets on the second base were disgusting asf. btw in the suggestions of the dc theres a banger idea posted by mark i copy pasted it below. Each team gets an hour to build. Every 15-20 minutes the teams swap bases and have to build off what is already there (ideally no breaking of what was placed). Having a wide variety in hours between the teams could make this hilarious.
Cool idea, but imo that's not enough swaps. 20 only allows them 20 mins on your base, and the 15 has you ending on the other persons base, so you can't try a last ditch effort to salvage your original vision, or enhance their input A swap every 10 minutes, for a maximum of either 70 minutes, or 90 minutes, so that you spend the first and last 10 on your own base. Seems like a better deviation on that idea. 0 - 10 yours 10 - 20 theirs 20 - 30 y 30 - 40 t 40 - 50 y 50 - 60 t 60 - 70 y Or that same length, but a grace period of 20 at the start, and 20 at the end for your teams own base, for a total of either 70 or 90 minutes So: 0 - 20 y 0 - 20 : y 20 - 30 t 20 - 30: t 30 - 40 y 30 - 40: y 40 - 50 t 40 - 50: t 50 - 70 y 50 - 60: y 60 - 70: t 70 - 90: y
they barely got a win with the first one that was almost a troll base... the only good thing was those AT... And the second raid the defenders could have sealed way more often than what they did...
@@_o.O__ Honestly? I actually think not sealing in the second one was a good thing. At least at the start. When the raiders funnelled it and chose not to expand the hole to save rockets, they made the defenders ability to defend much easier, as it bottlenecked the raid, and solidified some peak spots Ofc, right as they chose to actually use rockets to widen, the defenders should've tried to seal more often, but that was obviously much later on. If they sealed at any point within, I'd say, the first 40 minutes, it could've pushed for a different choice of raid path by the raiders, and they could've then lost the defence Obviously this is completely hindsight, and we can only guess what'd happen. So maybe that was a legit mistake by the defenders, but it worked out to their advantage
You guys did great.. Nice base too.. Love the way you guys defended.. Also you had lots of bushes around , could have put shotgun traps in it too lol..
instead of 2 different bases, 2 different raid teams raiding the same defenders, in the same base but with infinite rockets, fewest rockets wins (or they bid on how many they will need, if the lower number fails they lose ext)
By the numbers, flat will be more efficient. But Russian and Chinese Zergs have absolutely no critical thinking or problem solving skills! They rely on being able to command unthinking zombies to execute the same game plan again and again. The beauty of something new like these canyons is that it is going to take these zergs, which with 40 members might have the problem solving skills of a clever cocker spaniel, at least a month to map out the best strategy!
not watched the whole video yet but i wouldn't build right at the bottom of the canyon. I would build on a slope so the raiders either need to fight from inside the canyon which would be a death sentence or the more armoured side at the top which you could do a half compound with a shooting floor designed purely to defend that 1 side.
I was blinded by the top down didnt think of the sides lmao made the top to strong rip ggs didnt know we where building in canyon till last min stupid teamate lol
I like these videos and max but it really annoys me with how much he critiques like peaks and shit yet I’ve never seen him build or anything, not hating just pointing out how he acts like the best builder around
It boggles the mind that you give the other team more rockets. Make that make sense! Both teams are given the same amount of mats. The raiders should have to use the amount of rockets they are given strategically. You give the other team more rockets you've unbalanced the match period. If your response is they built a stronger base.....that's the dam point. First team was not effective with their smokes nor had any situational awareness. Firing off a smoke followed with a fire rockets at entrance the raiders were camping would have prevented them from camping allowing you to seal. When they used wood they did it in they worst place. Seal outer wall with wood forcing them to spend the rocket to destroy that wood but giving you time to seal with metal on inner wall would have been the better course of action.
they get inf stone im pretty sure and they had a way better base it makes sense plus theres no way anyone would bring less then 80-90 rockets to that base if its an online raid. the rockets are based on how much the base takes to raid plus imagine how fast the first base would go down with even 90 rockets compared to the 120
The actual canyon base was just a base in a canyon not a canyon base lol.. and 2nd team had a better base and just better players than the raiders... If the ''canyon base'' had better peaks they could have won the defense.. it's like saying Im building a rock base and building near a rock formation... is it even a rock base?? just because i have rocks nearby? BTW it's way easyer to build a giant base in a open area than molding a base to some rocky terrains to fuse the base with the rocks formations around it... Myb it's time to cap the stone so bases will be more similar in size??
Well in that case....deepest water base vs highest mountain base?^^
Full scuba raid team would be funny asf
@@ketchupchxp_8623 melee and spearguns to the defense^^ or maybe something more creative.^^
2nd defender team are too good.. you should bring them back.. that was such a good base design too..
actual base wasn't great but the china wall was goated
I was really hoping for that narrow canyon base
Still a pretty good design, but seeing a more out there design that raiders won't know would've been interesting
yea im disappointed
Need to start a series of youtubers defending raids

I smell the aids from here between noobs and people griefing each other...

0 - 10 yours
10 - 20 theirs
20 - 30 y
30 - 40 t
40 - 50 y
50 - 60 t
60 - 70 y
Or that same length, but a grace period of 20 at the start, and 20 at the end for your teams own base, for a total of either 70 or 90 minutes
So:
0 - 20 y 0 - 20 : y
20 - 30 t 20 - 30: t
30 - 40 y 30 - 40: y
40 - 50 t 40 - 50: t
50 - 70 y 50 - 60: y
60 - 70: t
70 - 90: y
love this idea.
Max is maybe the most underrated rust youtuber atm !
When you putting your raid team against alone in Tokyo? 🙏

I’d pay to see this
The player who went on ukn during the raid because of how confident he was, that truly won my heart
I've never wanted to mute comms in a video more than now.
i would place floor spikes in water in oasis base
We are just the better team ;)

@@Lordnetanyahu cheer man, i was on base my t8 was doing the shotgun traps
you guys didnt build in lake tho u built in oasis ur base would have had to be way smaller in a lake its way worse ggs tho
You know I love to wake up to see a new video by max!
Fr
The goat uploads again
I wish they did built some tanky ground bs in that canyon gap
Max did a good job on the thumbnail
The two guys who were on the lake legit just copied spinkys 2 by 2
thats what I thought too, very similar to the Spiicy collab he did
loved the video keep up the great work
Bruh ain’t even watched it yet 💀💀💀💀
Super lame he builds some boring flat base in the CANYON! WOW completely defeats the purpose Max come on.
@MaxTwo
Redo a canyon video

I’m not in my normal country so I don’t have to wait until 12 am for a new video

i think too much stone allows any1 to build way to much mby make a 100k-150k limit
exactly, this is so unrealistic. A duo is never building such base
I mean I as a solo before have Build an 8-12 man base on Vanille it was difficult tho
who's here the day it was made?
honestly, 120 rockets was probably enough to foundation wipe that base....
it wasnt
They should of built in the narrow part of the canyon. (-.-)
Early I love u max!
