    After 5 years are we getting our all money back in our bank account automatically ? Or we need to apply & surrender physically these bonds? Please reply as its most important for all of us

    Suppose I invest my LTCG of 20 Lakhs in these bonds what will be rate at which the interest earned on the bonds will be taxed? Is it 36%?

    Is TDS is cut on yearly intrest of 54EC bonds. Also what is the intrest. Please explain

    The applications for all the 54ec companies (REC, PFC, IRFC etc) don't have the provision to enter Non-india address or non-india mobile number. I am in USA and I want to be able to enter my USA address and US mobile number (with country code of 1), so that I can get the OTP on my USA mobile number. I don't have a India mobile number. How do I apply?

    Out of 70 lakhs of CG, can a person invest 50 lacs in purchasing bonds and the excess amount in CG account scheme and then use it for buying any property later in 2 years
    Secondly is the person purchase S bonds of 50 lacs and wants to invest the Bal 20 lacs in any other option to save tax as he does not wish to buy any property is it possible

    Out of capital gains i have two residential property. Can I make sett for one flat to my wife without consideration within one year.This is not sale for profit only sett without consideration.Kindly advise Thanks

    Sir if we invest 50 lac for 5 year.
    1) Is the interest earned @5% given every year or together on maturity after 5 years?
    2) Is it possible to withdraw say 10 lacs after 3 years in case any need arises? Or is it impossible to withdraw anything until 5 years?

      If you withdraw the amt before the 5yr period then the exempt amt will be taxable

    After the completion of 5 year lock in.If i don't reinvest yhe money and withdraw will I be liable to pay long term gain tax..or thats already exempted

    Sir what about if individual is bed ridden patient or can't sign properly as want to buy for my father he is bed ridden patient can't visit bank or can't sign properly

      In special cases even the registrar office allows to send their representative at home for registry execution etc.

      @@CAAnoopBhatia thanks sir for replying I have signed the form submitted at hdfc securities buying physical bond's of 54ec only worry is they don't cancel the form or Money get stuck given account pay cheaque nd a cancelled cheque as sign is slightly Miss match slightly only sir besides purchasing bond's any way to invest that Money if i pay 20 percent tax where to park remaining Money
