A few months ago, I was having one of the most severe anxiety attacks I've ever had. I almost took my own life. I was about to do it when I began to cry out to God and begged Him to help me. I began to imagine my family without their daughter/wife/aunt/sister. I began to picture Jesus in my mind and suddenly began to feel the strangest, most surreal feeling of comfort. I was baptized a few months later and now go to church nearly every Sunday. The Lord can and will help you if you allow Him to. ❤
