Protein intake depends on your body weight and physical activity level. For example: If someone is 60 kg with sedentary lifestyle then he/she needs as 1gram of protein per kg of body weight meaning that he/ she needs 60 grams of protein daily whereas if someone is 60 kg and he/she does physical activity daily and he/she wants to develop muscles then he/she needs 1.2 grams to 1.5 grams of protein per kg of body weight meaning that he/she need around 72 grams to 90 grams of protein daily in order to build muscles. Consuming more protein then your daily protein requirement can lead to kidney stones or some serious health issues.
Excess Protein Does not lead to kidney disease. Kidney stones happens due oxalate which is present in raw spinach . Less protein is more likely to damage kidney. Most Kidney disease and failure happens due to diabetes which is due to high carb diet.

A lot of my Muslim friends' diets tell me this . They eateat ,but its like in a 1:5 ratio with rice /carbs . The main problem is the cost of protein sources meat based or otherwise. And yes the food pyramid we are taught is utter BS . Its just the supply n demand pyramid . Diet should be 30% protein sources . /meats ,1/3 fruits n vegetables ,30 % carbs and sugars 10 % fat. Remember this guys ,plant fats mog animal fats with exception of fish oils And meat proteins mog non meat protein sources excluding milk .

Carbs are not hard to digest, infact carbs are easy to digest. I appreciate your work, but please research properly before making videos. Proteins are hardest to digest, but that is a good thing, as protein has more thermic effect.
