I'm not an American, but as a foreigner I was just really happy and relieved to see this story ending up with people coming together to help their own, rather than ending with yet another black person getting shot by cops or by a white person. This story's the true definition of fuck around and find out and the white people that started the whole altercation, cause they didn't want to move their boat, just had it coming.
I wanna see more stories of minorities coming together to defend each other like this being front and center on the news, worldwide. People need to hear about these type of uplifting stories too.

She since kept it a secret till 2 months ago. She called me and started venting about things and she started spilling secrets because she couldn't bear the burden of keeping them and it just came out.
I was a bit shocked but I wasn't too surprised because I suspected it due to his history of infidelity.The crazy thing is my mom knew about it but unknowingly took the secret to her grave.
Overall I am happy to know about her and she's pretty cool. It sucks that can't tell the rest of the family because people are going to be left shattered and betrayed.

Pretending not to know that my aunt was excited about my uncle's surgery since he was likely not to survive it. 50/50. She wanted the insurance money and she got it. I haven't said much but I suspect the surgery was a plot since she was insisting so much.
