    This garnish adds beauty and color to any plate you choose. To prepare, remove the top and bottom of the bell pepper, de-seeding, and slice away about 50% of the meat of the pepper. You will be left with the skin and remaining 50% of the meat. Slice thinly and place in a bowl of ice water for 30-60 minutes.
