- This is a review of the Lamy 2000 multipen ( amzn.to/3wPDhzV ) as well as a humble suggestion to swap your ink over to Uni Jetstream SXR-200-07 ink ( amzn.to/3IuJHa3 ).

Great job breaking down the mechanism and use case.
If I hadn't got 5 multipens already I would had ordered this right now. Looks amazing both internal and external
Will you do a video going over a dry erase Board? I just got the u brands pens and dry erase board .
Have had mine for years. West Germany version. Really love this pen. Versatility in one pen. Solid, comfy, and tons of D1's available to taste.
Great review!
This is awesome!
We are getting ripped off in Australia. These retail at AUD$199 or USD$131. Definitely not worth that much money.
Hey btw if you can (find it?) please review the 6001 Mitsubishi Mechanical Pencil Ballpoint
Also to note U Brands is the same as Parker Waterman and Lamy .
Hey guys when you buy a pen that he has not bought or reviewed and you found it at Staples you graduated into the pen hobby u Brands pens.
Not my kettle of fish but I enjoyed your video - as always !!
Thanks for watching
Lamy's are sooooo cool and feel high end !! 😊 love my Twin Pen ❤
I got a multicolor pen in Akihabara Japan for about $12 USD that is really nice quality and is themed after the anime SPYxFAMILY.... It has black, green, blue, and red ink plus it has a mechanical pencil as well. The pen is made by Jetstream, and it uses their 0.7mm size for the ink and 0.5 for the pencil lead.
Can you suggest between kurutoga advance upgrade mechanical pencil and pentel graphgear 1000
Personally I prefer the kuru toga bc of a better feel and I prefer the mechanism
Pentel makes best mechanical pencils and mechanisms. Uni is a gimmick requires pressing from certain angle and the pencils pokes paper due to pressure required to turn the lead I also prefer that lead varies its line thickness unilke koru which is same thickness
I seen the mobile dry erase board with wheels go for 1 k dollars .
A little question about D1 refills. I tried Kaweco 1.2mm in my Rotring 600 3 in1 and the internal twist mechanism (plastic) snaped😢 . I know because i open it😅 . The reason fot that is that Kaweco's lenght is a 1/10 milimeter longer..but after filing the end a little bit then it works (almost, since already broken) without mechanical stress. Did you noticed this "phenomenon" before??😊
I’ve broken the brass mechanism before but haven’t broken a Rotring 600 multi. Best of luck with it!
I got Zebra fineliner .
Lmfao man I have one that will be here tomorrow 🤣🤣😂😂😂😂 it will be my 4th one
Since Lamy now bought by Mitsubishi Pencil (Uni), maybe in future their ballpoint ink refills could change to Jetstream.
I think it was the opposite - Mitsubishi Pencil Company acquires Lamy
I'm afraid to carry pens like this cuz I never have refills lying around, and the pen ends up sitting in my drawer for years.
Fair but you have 4 refills in it so chance they all run out at the same time is near zero.
Also I need to skip the green and have 2 blues so i feel safe!
Woahh this is farr too expensive for me. this is sick though
For poor people who like the look and feel of the Lamy 2000 fountain pen get a Jinhao 80. Lots of body colours available and the nibs are easy to change to Lamy Safari nibs which are available separately
Yes. Send money to China. Support uncreative people who copy designs. Make pooh happy.
@@formica. if you want to buy Original there is Jinhao Swan, Shark and X750. Buy Lamy and support Mitsubishi who made everything for the cruel Japanese during WW2.
I have long memory. China support Allies at that time
so tired of people calling makrolon fiberglass... its brushed polycarbonate. pc can be glass filled but that makes it opaque (there are ink windows) and even if it was that doesnt qualify it as fiberglass. no hate though, just clarification
Yes thanks, this is a good point. I’ve seen it described as a “glass-filled polycarbonate” but as I think through this more you are totally right.
